Room was spacious with balcony and a small storage room for luggage/clothes next to the bathroom, which was very convenient. Free shuttle available for within 1 ot 2km (can't recall exact).
The biggest issue on my trip was the spoilt light near my door entrance and the plug nearby was spoilt too hence there was no lights at that part of the room and too dark to work at the desk with only a small table light. The technician promised to change the next day but no action was taken for the 5 nights I was there.
Temperature control wasn't working properly too and no matter how I tried to adjust the temperature upwards, it just didn't go up and room was rather cold.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I find its location quite convenient. Located right off the 710, it provides easy access to various parts of Los Angeles County. The attached garage is a significant advantage, particularly considering the prevalence of car vandalism in Long Beach. While the rooms lack a touch of luxury, they offer a decent accommodation experience with firm beds. The bathrooms show a hint of age, yet nothing too dramatic. The lobby provides complimentary food and drinks, enhancing the overall experience. In summary, the hotel serves its purpose effectively. I plan to consider it again for my next visit to Long Beach.

This is not a friendly hotel for Chinese people, nor for families. There is a strong suspicion of racial discrimination and it is unsafe. Some hotel employees are not there to serve customers, but just to handle work. Check-in is only possible at 4pm. We arrived early and waited in the lobby with our children for three or four hours. We started queuing up to check in at 4pm, and it was almost 4:30pm before we got in line. After we got in line, they said the room had been cleaned, but we had to wait for notification to get the room card. We waited for more than ten minutes and found the lobby manager before he gave us the room card. During this time, we questioned why we had to wait so long. The lobby manager said it was not their staff's fault, and all the guests were waiting... There was no sense of service at all, no comfort, no care for the children (our child was 5 and a half years old), and they asked us to keep our voices down. It felt like we would be in danger of being pulled away by the security guards at any time... Chinese people must not step into the trap.
