"The hotel is some distance from the station, it takes 15 minutes to walk, if there is more luggage, it will be more difficult.
But the hotel is close to the ancient city attractions and 10 minutes can go to the ancient city.
The hotel is an old building, so there is no elevator, it will be more difficult to carry luggage, walk up the old rotating ladder to the room, the door feels very French, the heating is traditional, but very warm. The overall design is particularly comfortable, the bathroom color is also very beautiful, the new bathroom equipment is very clean.
There is water on the first floor for free. I didn't buy breakfast, I don't know how it tastes, the dining area looks very comfortable, I want to try a French breakfast next time."

"It's only few minutes walk to the Cathedrale then Place Stanislas. We are happy with the hotel and the breakfast.
The only complain is the paper-thin towels and no hand towels the hotel provides, that has nothing to do with green environment etc, e.g. the paper cups that I cannot complain."

"Arrived pretty late. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Location is very good, close to the train station and plenty of food options around. Will consider coming again when in town. "

"The room is oversized and the bedding towels are very new. The breakfast is rich in content (unfortunately the eggs need to be cooked by themselves, and after two 4 minutes of cooking, I went to pick up the remaining one). The service is kind and the parking is convenient."

Of course there are parking lots near the hotel but private parking lots are paid

Mmiss banzaiLocation is on the middle of the countryside. There is a huge golf place at the hotel and I think that's also one of the main attraction. Check in is usually until 6pm, but the host was very nice and received me late night at 10pm and made a little introduction tour. It's very warm and human welcome. There is no breakfast but they have a little commune kitchen and a workout room with sauna. I came for business, but I think if you aim to come for a little getaway in the area I would totally recommend this place.

GGuest UserIn nabijheid van fast food restaurants en supermarkten (circa 5 tot 10 min rijden). Circa 15 minuten om in hartje Metz te komen. Gratis parkeren bij hotel. Kamer is ruim.
Hotel heeft wat verbeter mogelijkheden, zoals beter stoffen (lag overal stof op), beter controleren (lag een groene mug op de kussen)., toilet beter ventileren (was te warm). Grond badkamer minder glad maken (was zeer glad als het nat is). Een plekje om je kleding droog in de badkamer te kunnen leggen / hangen, zal geen overbodige luxe zijn. Airco had kouder gekund (alleen als je onder de luchtrooster zit voel je een beetje koude lucht). Investeren in een internet tv (waar je je mobiel kan casten) is ook wel handig. Voor een 4 sterren hotel had ietsje meer verwacht.
Ondanks de verbeterpunten is de hotel àan te bevelen als.tussenstop.

GGuest User-We found 15 euro parking to much.
At the place there stood per min. So at the ticket we need to pay 10 euro for the hours we stand there. Tought the hotel charged 15 euro.
- 30 euro for breakfeast 2 persons is to much for what you get. Cold pancakes, hard egg ( not good anymore )
- The hallways ( carpet ) was really dirty.
+ The receptionist was friendly.
+ The room was big and clean.
Should i come back, no.
91 room + tax, + breakfeast + parking = 140 a 150 euro. Not worth it.

MMissus OEverything was fine as expected from a budget hotel. Receptionists were nice, although they can’t really speak English. The only issue upon check in was that I was asked to pay the hotel fees again even if I already prepaid online. They said that they did not charge the card when i made the prepayment as it was only meant to reserve the rooms. So i paid right then and there at the reception once again. Then this morning, i check that both cards (the one used for prepayment and the one used at the reception) were actually charged. Now, i have duplicate payments which I’m still tryint to resolve with Trip customer service.
In addition, we were suddenly awoken the next morning due to all the noise right outside our door. Somebody was shouting/talking so loudly and kept banging things. When i opened the door, it was the housekeeping lady. What is the purpose of putting the “do not disturb” sign on the door if the person who’s not supposed to disturb you is actually disturbing you from directly outside your room. This is the first time i have met such a loud housekeeper and the first time a housekeeper did not greet “good morning” eventhough we met eye-to-eye.

MMASA06The service staff on the first floor lobby are very enthusiastic, friendly and speak English, can quickly understand what passengers need, really thank you very much. Can book so close to the station at this price, the room is big and clean, really good.
There are balcony, TV, a lot of cabinets, the focus is to have a small kitchen, can simply cook some cooking.

Mmiss banzaiVery happy with my stay. The room was nice, spacious witha balcony. Hotel is located in the middle of a forest park. Also there is a nice gastro restaurant just next to it. The hotel has a peaceful and calming vibe. The breakfast was good as well. After checking out, I could work in their lobby where thereare several sofas and free coffee, croissants and tea. They also have a nice terrasse outside. This area has a lot of activities especially if you are looking for a getaway or little holidays. I was there for a business trip. Would definitely come back for a little getaway.

GGuest UserWe booked for a double roome with 2 beds, it is a very small room (yes, I knew this in advance) but since we only stayed for 1 night only. that was fine.
If we have two big suitcases and we need to unfold both, we need to find our own arrangements. Anyhow, in general, the breakfast service was good! The reception desk was very kind and helpful.
The location of the hotel is not far from city center, located in a very quite place for living habitats I think. I give 4.5 / 5 points.

GGuest UserI needed a place to sleep overnight to break up my trip from the south of France ti Belgium, and this was perfect. Right off the highway, but with no traffic noise or pollution. The clientele, mostly truckers, were polite and quiet, there was no noise at night or in the hallways. The staff was pleasant and readily available, check-in and out was simple, the buffet dinner was a good quality all-you can-eat.
If you're looking for a clean, simple, friendly place to rest on your trip, I highly recommend this hotel.

Mmiss banzaiIt is very basic, small, there is no hair dryer, you can hear all noises through the wall (in the morning you can hear the people talking when having breakfast). Location is not the best, but there is a bus stop next the hotel to get into the city centre within a 20min ride. There is definitely better value for money if you are looking more for a budget hotel. But if you just stay for one night it is OK. Don't have high expectations. The staff there are very friendly.
