Macau Cotai 5-star Hotels

Choosing to stay at Andaz Hotel was the best decision ever! Although check-in took quite some time, everything else was fantastic. The room condition and location were great, and the fact that a lounge is provided is a nice bonus. It was fortunate that I could spend the waiting time there. Shuttle buses to the Galaxy main hall were frequent, so there was no problem using the kids' club and restaurants. The kids also said they want to come back again. If I plan a trip to Macau next time, I'll definitely revisit Andaz Hotel. It was such a wonderful and memorable trip!

The hotel boasts fantastic views, well-maintained facilities, and excellent cleanliness. The breakfast spread is impressive, featuring a wide variety including lobster, and hotel guests get priority seating by the window without queuing. The service was superb! We were upgraded to an Eiffel Tower view room, and they even presented us with thoughtful gifts, wishing my family success. Furthermore, the breakfast restaurant staff were incredibly well-trained, with enthusiastic attitudes and professional, polite communication. Knowing we had to rush off after checkout, the hotel arranged a late checkout and sent a dedicated staff member to our room to help with luggage storage. The service was truly attentive and impeccable. This hotel's zero negative reviews on Ctrip are definitely well-deserved!

This time for our family trip to Macau, we chose Studio City. In a nutshell: everything about this hotel is great, except for the rooms. For nearly two thousand a night (breakfast not included), opening the room door was a disappointment. The space was average, and the facilities were quite old. The room view was nothing special. The room quality was basically on par with an older 5-star hotel costing a few hundred yuan. However, the room snacks and minibar were free, and they also provided children's toiletries, so the service was still very good. On the first floor, there are many food and beverage shops, and even a Donki. On the third floor, you can ride the Ferris wheel, and the outdoor pool is also excellent. The kids had a fantastic time.

Before school started, we stayed at a hotel in Macau for a day. We chose Galaxy Macau and the W Hotel for our buffet dinner. In just a short day, we experienced thoughtful service from several staff members, including the lifeguard at the Galaxy Macau hotel pool (providing rescue services) on the 31st, and Amy 1004469, a front desk attendant at the lobby café where we had breakfast. Her initial warm smile left a deep impression on us, followed by a series of meticulous ordering and hospitality services once we were seated. It's rare to see someone maintain such a warm and bright smile, and a sweet, proper tone of voice while serving us attentively, even when the number of guests grew and she became incredibly busy. Even my husband, who rarely compliments anyone, said her five-star service attitude was excellent. This visit once again left us with wonderful memories. Furthermore, I'd also like to commend the delicious dishes at the lobby café; they were perfectly to my taste.

Overall, I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The facilities are magnificent, the room was very comfortable, and the service was remarkable for the vast majority of my stay. I truly enjoyed the experience and, in many respects, the establishment deserves its five-star reputation. However, I do want to mention an important point for future guests regarding the hotel's transportation service. On the night of the fireworks, the hotel transported us to old Macau. We naturally assumed we could also use the hotel's transportation to return after the event. However, upon returning, we learned that the buses were reserved for VIP guests and that we couldn't board. Therefore, I recommend that future guests clearly check with the hotel, before departing, if the offered transportation also includes the return journey and if it is accessible to all guests or only to VIP guests. This information was not clear to us, and we ended up having to arrange our own transportation to get back to the hotel. I can perfectly understand that a bus might be full or that the hotel has a particular policy for certain guests. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. A staff member spoke to us very abruptly and raised their voice, even though we were simply trying to understand how to get back to the hotel. I reported the situation to the hotel upon my return. I was listened to, but unfortunately, no one contacted me the next day to follow up or simply acknowledge what had happened. It's a shame, because apart from this incident, my stay was truly excellent. A simple gesture of attention or a follow-up from management would probably have completely changed my impression of this situation. Despite everything, I still have a very good overall impression of the hotel and the quality of its facilities. I just hope that the round-trip transportation service will be explained more clearly to future guests and that this type of situation will be handled better in the future.

I checked in early because of Ctrip VIP, but other guests didn't. The room was standard and relatively new, and they gave me a small gift and welcome fruit. They also gave me a subway card, which was unexpected. I didn't plan to take the light rail, but I experienced it and went to the Mazu Temple, which was very popular. The breakfast was OK, but not very good. There was one problem, the shower water temperature was unstable, and it was scalding from time to time. This is unacceptable for a hotel that costs 5,000 per night. In short, I didn't like it very much, nor did I dislike it very much. I probably won't book again.

Every detail exudes understated luxury and warmth. Within the spacious 113-square-meter area, there is a separate living room and dining area, and the mini-bar resembles a private VIP lounge. Here, you can have your butler pour you a chilled glass of champagne and enjoy a blissful, undisturbed moment of tipsiness in your own private sanctuary. Bathing in London's Golden Dawn The most captivating feature of the Windsor Suite is undoubtedly the massive floor-to-ceiling window that offers panoramic views of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. As night falls, the Victorian-style deep bathtub in the bathroom is already filled with perfectly heated water. Immersed in the fragrant, luxurious soak, the mottled silhouette of Big Ben and its golden lights shimmer through the misty steam outside the window. At that moment, the dazzling urban splendor outside becomes a backdrop to your bath, this 'hermitage in the bustling world, free from the clamor of carriages' is the profound tenderness the Windsor Suite bestows upon its guests. The Londoner Macao's Windsor Suite is a dual baptism for both sight and soul. It doesn't sell noise; it cultivates romance. It doesn't heap up gold; it refines taste. On this splendid night, you are not merely a traveler, but the most elegant protagonist within this flowing British masterpiece.

Traveling with my family, I finally booked the hotel I've always wanted to stay at. Summer is super busy, so I avoided the peak season – what a relief! The front desk lady was very responsible and meticulous; she saw that my child's birthday was this month and upgraded our room for free, even giving us a thoughtful little gift. The hotel is impeccable, the details are just perfect. My child loved playing in the water, and we could go shopping and eat downstairs. It was fantastic!

The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, with top-notch bedding. The service was fantastic, especially the ladies at the front desk and a gentleman named Guo (姓郭的), who were incredibly attentive and responsive to all our needs. The breakfast was also superb! 👍 We'll definitely be back to stay at The Venetian Macao again.

This stay at the Grand Hyatt Macau was very satisfying. Even after the Mid-Autumn Festival, the weather remained scorching hot. I tried out the pool facilities; it's a small, standard pool where you can actually swim, unlike other hotels whose pools are designed more for wading or soaking. There were even a few competitive swimmers timing themselves here. Looking around, I also noticed a small, heated round pool, which I unfortunately only saw when I was leaving. I personally prefer the Grand Hyatt Macau's design because everything adheres to American standards. This means higher ceilings, tall bathroom doors, wide entryways, and spacious elevators – none of that cramped feeling you get in some other hotels. My stay was between two holidays, after the Mid-Autumn Festival and before China's National Day, so it wasn't crowded at all, allowing for a bit more tranquility. The only minor drawback was the central air conditioning; I couldn't find the thermostat to adjust the temperature in the middle of the night. When I checked in, I also had a friendly chat with the front desk agent about the difference between booking on a platform and booking directly on their official website. Even as a member, there aren't many discounts available for booking. If the hotel could offer more incentives for members, I believe I'd stay here more often. I usually opt for The Parisian Macao or Studio City Macau, staying more frequently at a lower price point versus a more expensive hotel where I'd only stay once or twice. But of course, price control is part of a high-end brand's image. Each has its own business strategy.
