Perhaps because of this, when I checked in, I was only given a room card and no explanation was given about breakfast times or anything like that (normally they'd explain everything, right? I've forgotten what happened last time). The shower temperature in my room was inconsistent, sometimes hot and sometimes cold, which was terrible. The chair creaked when I sat down, which was quite annoying. The building is long and narrow, with the elevator at one end and the rooms at the other end. I wish they had given more thought to the elevator's location during the design phase."
