The worst place for anyone to ever consider. The reception was closed way before the last check-in time yet it says 24/7 reception in the confirmation email. Never answered our phone calls nor messages as per the door’s instructions. Had to take a nearby hotel with 5x the price.

I confused a little bit how find way to the hostel , single room is tiny. Good for stay for short night only. Overall just fine but you can find any better in another area.

The hotel location is kinda perfect for people using the train from the airport, cheap and the service was good. Plz note : no airport shuttle… use the train.

It's a hostel but a bit better

It was nice to be able to stay cheaply in downtown Madrid, but the facilities felt a bit under-maintained. For this price, you could probably find a better place by researching elsewhere.

Excellent location, small room for just a couple of nights. Clean shared bathrooms. The location is excellent if you're heading to the Bernabéu. Overall, a good stay.

Everything is correct except the mattress....

The staff were super friendly, they helped me get settled in and gave me earplugs to sleep. The room was small but cozy, the bad thing was the air conditioning that was super strong and I was cold. I ordered dinner and I was able to have it there in the room because the common areas are not very spacious.

The location is very good, there is a big shopping mall next to it. The inside is very clean and new, and there may not be many people there. The boss is also very nice and handsome, but there is no ventilation and no kitchen.

Okay, the facility looked clean. If you ever go to Tama, think about it because it's cheap.

在中央火車站旁邊皇后宮商場的地下一層，隔壁就是夜店等，周圍環境比較惡劣，但是總體是安全的。 房間是一個商場改造的，在裏面用模板搭出了4 5個單間，除了單間還有十幾個架子床給那些買床位的人。 有2個廁所，2個浴室，沒有出現排隊的情況，衞生大家都會自覺的維護，每天早上都有鐘點工來打掃。 晚上一定要戴耳塞，隔音不怎麼好，但是單間還是比較有私隱的。 單間的面積是無法打開託運箱子的，登機箱子可以打開。床鋪是比較寬一點的單人床，床頭有一個小枱燈和2個插座。 適合預算有限來短暫過度一下的人。
