The location was good and employees were helpful but the pillow was not comfortable at all.

The staff is nice and friendly, beds are clean and comfortable. They provide blankets and pillow only, bring your own towels and sandals, and locks if you want to lock your locker. The community fridge is a nice touch but my breakfast got stolen, so put stuff there at your own risk.There are some weird men who loiters in the dining/waiting area at around 7am when I went to get my breakfast, they might be the culprit😤 The location is perfect!! It's 10 minutes of walking distance from the train station, which is gteat because I arrive pretty late and need to leave quite early.

Clean and well located. My big issue was that the WiFi connection is so weak that the rooms at the back 7,8,9 can't get the signal, the reception said it was a problem presented that day but didn't offer any solution. The sinks are a bit too small.

It was a great experience. The staff were very helpful, and I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the place, its easy access, and excellent location. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and always kept tidy.

The showers were extremely cramped, making it difficult to wash and get dressed. The pillow was incredibly uncomfortable. The room lacked ventilation, leading to a terrible odor, and there was nothing to cool it down, so it was extremely hot at night. The room door creaks and beeps when opened, which is disruptive to other guests if you arrive back late. I was informed that luggage storage was at my own risk, and that secure storage would cost 5 euros. When I checked out, the reception wasn't open (it only starts at 10 AM), so I had no choice but to leave my bags at my own risk.

Despite a change in my travel plans, they wouldn't allow me to cancel the booking, nor would they refund even a single night.

Good hostel for traveling alone and for shorter journey at Madrid.

It's alright, just for sleeping.

Overall, worth of money

I stayed 2 night, it was just okay according to the price, but I don’t recommend to those have ability to go for better quality. I stayed the third night in higher price hostel and saw big difference between the both.

Very dirty and uncomfortable. There are no hooks, chairs or tables to hang things. There are small storage boxes, but they do not lock, although the hotel sells locks, but for what purpose, even the girl at the reception could not answer. The showers are tiny, uncomfortable, do not lock and only an overhead shower. There is no hair dryer even at the reception. There is a mirror with three small sinks only in the toilet, where all the girls gather to put on makeup and get themselves in order, which is why it is very crowded in the morning. The location of the hostel is convenient, both the train station and the metro are nearby, attractions are within walking distance. Many bars and restaurants. But I do not want to return to the hostel itself.
