Great place

The location is super good, with two or three subway stations around and walking distance to major attractions. The room is larger than the average European single room, and the facilities are complete. It has everything you need. The sanitation is also very clean.

The reception was warm and thoughtful, the room was clean and comfortable, the subway was right outside, the square was nearby, it was very convenient for traveling in the bustling city, I will stay here again next time I go to Madrid

Hotel with an excellent location, in the heart of Gran Vía. The attention of the staff was very good. They have a terrace on the ninth floor with good views of the Gran Vía, where you can have a drink and enjoy the tranquility (something difficult in this city). They gave us a renovated room and we cannot take any inconvenience from it, it was spacious, with a huge bathroom and everything was very clean. We will definitely be back.
