Great spot if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, central location without frills. The staff were friendly, you could cast to the tv, and there were neat lights in the room. They also have free coffee, snacks, and water in the basement 24/7.

Super central, you leave the hotel and you’re right in the middle of the city and a 2 min walk from the metro. You can see a lot of beautiful architecture and historical sites on foot. The hotel was clean and the room was cosy and quiet.

The hotel is ideally located, very close to all the main attractions. We also appreciated the added sense of security with a police station right next door. While the soundproofing could be better, the thoughtful provision of earplugs more than made up for it. The 24-hour complimentary beverage station was a welcome amenity.

Complimentary drinks are a great touch, especially when you're tired. The location is also superb.

Excellent location right in the heart of Madrid. The room features a lovely balcony offering stunning views of the city's rooftops. Additionally, free fruit and coffee are available in the lobby, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

One of the best hotels we had stayed in Spain. The hotel is located in perfect location in Madrid and walking to nearest metro station took only 3 mins. The hotel is also surrounded by many restaurants and shops ideal for shopping. The hotel has a cosy snack corner at the basement where one can have free access to hot and cold drinks, snacks and fruits 24 hours. In addition, they also provide water/muffin/donuts to your door step daily. Highly recommended for all travellers.

Super friendly staff, best location ever, very clean room, the idea of free coffee tea water 24 hours is super convenient and nice gesture.. I love the place and definitely going back there again

Great property, very close to Sol. The air conditioning was a bit noisy. Rooms aren't entirely soundproofed, but they thoughtfully provide earplugs upon arrival, acknowledging this. It's modern, clean, and comfortable. I would recommend it.

It was an amazing day experience. We had a lot of fun and it was in the middle of the city center. Also they put for us free donuts and cupcakes in the morning in front of our door. It was a very nice surprise

Very nice hotel in the heart of Madrid. Super well located, you can even see "sol" from the terrace. Rooms are big and spacious, however, be aware that location implies noise, you are in Downton so you might hear ambulance sirens and so on.... You will have ear plugs in case you need them. I would like to highlight that the staff was extremely kind and efficient.

Room was clean and spacious. The cafeteria is free for all and open 24/7, where you can get drinks and fruits. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Location was perfect, very close to plaza mayor and gran via.
