Hygiene: Overall, the hygiene was acceptable, but one time I called housekeeping to clean and they never came. Environment: Generally good. El Corte Inglés is downstairs, and there are many supermarkets. Within a 15-minute walk, there are plenty of dining options. Facilities: I stayed for a week, and one night there was no hot water supply for the entire night, which is really unacceptable. Service: Overall service was quite good. The concierge staff were all very enthusiastic and polite.

The hotel is about a ten-minute drive from the airport. The lobby is spacious and comfortable, and the rooms are also quite large. Breakfast offers a good variety, and the staff are professional. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
