Location is superb! We spent 4 days in Madrid and literally just walked the whole time, that’s how convenient the location is! Both public areas and the room are very clean and well maintained. The room’s ambiance is nice and stylish. All amenities are new and functional. Absolutely love our room!! Breakfast is another highlight. There is a decent selection of food and all very yummy! Especially the assortment of hams and salamis. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially Marcos who helped us with check-in on our first day. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Madrid!

Great location, very nice breakfast, there is also a Starbucks right outside the enterance which is nice. Literally a two minute walk to Gran Via street where you can find anything you could possibly need. The staff was polite, the rooms were clean and very quiet at least on the 5th floor :) Overall would recommend and come back again. Gracias Madrid!

Service: The uncle downstairs greeted us warmly every time we entered and exited. The front desk was on the 9th floor, and the lady told us in detail about various matters, such as breakfast, the party on the rooftop at night, and taking photos on the hotel's sunset balcony! When we left Madrid, the hotel booked a taxi for us and told us that the price from the city to the airport was 33 euros, and we couldn't ask for more! Peace of mind😌 Environment: It is very convenient to go shopping near the hotel, and it is also close to the subway station. The key is that there are many Chinese restaurants nearby. For Chinese stomachs who are tired of Western food for a week, this is a savior! The beds in Spain or Europe are smaller than those in China. People who are used to big beds just need to not roll over randomly, otherwise they will fall off easily!

Ideal location. Near the metro and bus stops. To most sights walked. Very tasty and diverse breakfast. In the room perfect cleanliness. Comfortable beds and pillows. The room had a small water problem, we were very quick to help and solve the problem. Thank you to the hotel and all the staff who provide the comfort of the guests.

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel, 10 years ago it was of course very cool and unusually decorated hotel and rooms. One of the best locations, near the metro and many places you can walk to: the Royal Palace, the San Miguel market, Plaza Mayor, Sol, Grand Via. There are bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms are simple, comfortable, clean, a beautiful view from the window onto the street and neighboring houses, but because of this it is noisy. Delicious breakfasts from 7:00 to 12:00
