"The transportation location is very convenient and the breakfast is very rich. Just book a twin bed why only one quilt? A little doubt, but when you check out, you see a blanket above the closet. Maybe we didn't pay attention or ask the counter! If I take the pilgrimage next time, I should book again."

"Although the reception staff was impeccable in exchanging a room with a bathtub, as requested at the time of booking, it only had small towels - the large bath towels were missing. Bathtub faucet leaking heavily, with water spraying everywhere. At 9am, construction work was underway in a hotel room on the same floor, and it seemed like they were in the same room, such was the noise. One observation: the receptionist wanted to know how it went, so I mentioned what had happened, and in response I received: ”It will be better next time...!”"

"This hotel is located very closed to highway so it was a bit noisy when I was sleeping. The size of the room is too small and the light in the shower is damaged and off so I have to take shower at dark. The bed is too low and not comfortable and I don’t feel the floor is clean enough to walk with my bare foot. The hotel is also difficult to find and I have to walk more than 15minutes to get to the hotel. It wasn’t a pleasant stay with this hotel and next time I will not book an airport hotel."

"The environment is good and it is close to the airport. There is a free bottle of water every day, but no coffee or kettle. The network is good, but not very good."

"Booked one night when we landed before picking up hire car and one night after returning car before our flight back. Staff are amazing, breakfast was lovely and served from 04:30, which was perfect as our flight was 07:10. Made the travel so much more enjoyable not worrying about delays and knowing we had somewhere to stay overnight right by the airport (7 minutes walk dragging suitcases)"

"Easy to clean and comfortable. There is a locker to store luggage, but because the locker door was unlocked and the luggage was put in, I followed the instructions on the back of the proximity card but it couldn't be locked. I don't know if it was an operating error or other reasons, so I went to have a meal without locking it and came back."
