"I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I booked a room but just 10 minutes after booking, I had an unexpected emergency—I accidentally put the wrong fuel in my car and had to stay in Munich instead of traveling to Mainz as planned. I contacted the hotel immediately, asking to cancel the reservation, but they ignored my request and still charged me, even though I clearly explained the situation and could not use the booking at all. It’s very frustrating and shows a complete lack of flexibility or understanding. I will not be booking here again"

"The hotel was nicely located right next to the train station. So it was convenient, bit noisy though. The room was decently sized and functional. But it was outdated and smelt slightly. It had no carpet. The bare floor was quite dusty due to the construction on the hotel building right outside of my balcony which was covered by scaffolds. Looking out from the glass door at the balcony, it was quite disgusting: birds poops, construction materials, dirts…. Breakfast buffet was OK: simple, limited options. I would be happy with it if I didn’t see flies constantly flying over and hugging around breads and cold cuts on the food counter. Most staffs were nice, however there was one lady at reception who was rather rude and not welcoming."
