"The hotel chain is all located near train station and we trust the brand. That's the reason we chose this hotel. This one is about 10 minutes walk from Mainz train station. Very easy for travelling. It's also within walking distance to the old town where there are few Christmas markets - all about 20 minutes' walk. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom has enough hooks and rails for towels and clothes. Staff are very friendly. In general, the Germans are hospitable and friendly to foreigners."

"It is a very new hotel. The wet and dry bathrooms are separated and you can use the bathroom separately. The style is industrial style. The breakfast is also good and rich. It is very peaceful with a view of the Rhine River. Find a location nearby. 20 euros a night is too expensive."

"I’m very satisfied. Clean and nice. Roomy. And I got it for a good price, because I was booking with trip. So all good! Location: very close to decathlon, shopping area, there’s mcdonald across from the hotel. But the hotel itself is surrounded by trees and there’s a green area. Very close to a bus station, from where you can get to the city’s old town."

"The hotel has really been renovated. When I went there, I was still working on the ceiling of the hall. The elevator was a bit swaying. I don’t know if it was also under renovation. The room space was OK. Two people were slightly crowded because the new decoration smelled, but the window could basically be scattered for a long time."

Beautiful, spacious, former farmhouse ("Brunnenhaus") with a large garden with space for up to 10 people. Completely completely renovated from a design and ecological point of view (solar thermal-assisted pellet heating, electricity from your own roof) with two bedrooms and a large living-dining room with an open kitchen-living room on a dreamy farm (with former stables, house, barn, large courtyard and huge orchard) in the old one Center of Mainz-Finthen, the beautiful district of the state capital of Rhineland-Palatinate. With giant garden, courtyard with quality of stay (cobblestones and quarry stone walls) & south-facing terrace.
Very quiet yet very central location (11 minutes by bus to Mainz main station, 20 minutes by car to the airport), supermarkets, banks, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. A place to relax for families and couples as well as for business travelers.

The "Brunnenhaus" offers two bedrooms, a large living-dining area with an open kitchen (incl. Dishwasher) and a modern daylight bathroom (incl. Bathtub and washing machine). It is accessed via the Mediterranean courtyard and is completely equipped with fine natural wood flooring inside (except in the bathroom and hallway).
The daylight bathroom and the two bedrooms are on the first floor. The bigger one is u. a. furnished with a large double bed (1.80 x 2m) and a sofa that can also be used as a comfortable sofa bed when unfolded. The smaller bedroom is u. a. furnished with two single beds (0.9 x 2m each).
The spacious living-dining area on the ground floor with an open kitchen-living room offers a large table, comfortable (sofa) sofas and a sideboard with a large smart TV. In the kitchen, in addition to a Senseo coffee pad machine, guests also have access to a very classic filter coffee machine, to name the two most important accessories first. In addition, it has a fridge, an induction cooker, an oven with an integrated microwave and a dishwasher. Internet is of course available in the entire house via a WLAN connection.
The "standard occupancy" for the "well house" are four people who can sleep in the double bed and the two single beds. However, if all available sleeping facilities are used, the house offers enough space for up to ten people. The protected garden, with no roads leading along it, with its orchards and flower meadows and lawns is a place for adults to relax and for children a large adventure playground including giant trampoline and a large sandpit covered with quarry stone. There is also a fireplace for barbecues or "just-so-cozy-together". The garden can be used by all residents of the Hofreite.
Although it is very quiet in the courtyard and garden or on the entire property, the Hofreite is located in the middle of the old town center. The beautiful, exceptional country house with a historic stone limestone facade made of shell limestone - a barn built around 1890 and completely renovated a few years ago according to design and ecological (solar thermal-supported pellet heating; electricity from your own roof) and completely renovated - is suitable for large groups up to 14 people, but also for small groups, couples or single travelers who are looking for a special holiday apartment in Mainz. The furnishings are elegant, bright and complete, but so reduced (without “knick-knacks”) that our guests have space to develop - according to the design feature “less is more”.
