Good Hotel clean all things

This hotel is good front desk they are good Service not bad

Absolutely below 5 stars hotels standard. The carpets are dirty. The cattle is nasty. You have to ask them many times to come and clean the room. Also, the food was horrible.

Clean, near market but far of AlHaram

Location is little far from “Kaba” but it’s a nice place to live

Decent hotel.. could be better… the location is good.. shopping, restaurants near by.. shopping mall also available to enjoy shopping

The check-in clerk is a fantastic man, a larger than life character (forgive me, as I cannot remember his name). He brightened up a couple of weary travellers. He should be made an example of for the rest of the staff to follow in terms of how to treat customers. Please reward him for his fantastic attitude. As for the hotel, we were pleasently surprised at what we found. nice clean room, with all the facilities we needed. The only issue we found was that the in-room dining food was quite terrrible. Did not enjoy that at all. Buffet dinner in the restaurant was good though.

We had a good stay we got interconnecting room but basic when we checked in toiletries towels were not there Breakfast spread is limited meal options and room service options are limites

I would recommand Parkinn for people who come for umrah.. The hotel is really clean and decent.. The bus service to and from garam every 30 min and they are always on time.. The staff are so kind and helpful.. Around the hotel you can found different good quality restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Overall one of the best hotels Ive tried here in Makkah. Thanks alot
