Simply but perfect for short stays. Clean and smart, room very tiny.

It was a nice little pit stop before heading to the Amazon. Clean, the restaurant downstairs had a lovely lunch special, and it was close to amenities. I would recommend!

Gosh, I'm too lazy to even rate it. I requested a room with a view of the city, which isn't too much to ask for, right? Well, I didn't get one. The door key got stuck, we called the front desk who informed maintenance; more than half an hour passed and nothing. (I'm traveling for medical treatment); I sat on the floor for more than half an hour. Until they provided another room. No hot water. The toilet area flooded every time we used the shower (correctly); it was difficult, you know. I had stayed there before and had a completely different experience.

There was a discrepancy at check-in time, although I had contacted them in advance to discuss this issue. I suggest that there be a connection between the information on the phone and the information at the counter.

At night, I found the air conditioning weaker... it seemed like it was just ventilation.

I found the hotel well located, comfortable room, bed linen and bath extremely smelling! However, the wifi did not connect to any of the cell phones…Other than that, excellent!
