The Wave at Marblehead

" Very friendly staff. This is a strong point of this hotel. Good restaurant on site. Food was tasty though menu was limited. Was closed on Monday and closed for breakfast during our stay. Not very convenient. Great location and quiet at night. Across from Lake Erie, and Marblehead Lighthouse, and near the ferry port to Kellys island. There is a small pool, pickleball courts, firepit and fitness center on site. Keyless entry to rooms which was convenient. Very clean in rooms and throughout the property. The beds in the room were very low. Hard to get out. Very little counter space in bathroom. No coffee maker in the room. There was a coffee machine restaurant where you had to purchase coffee. There is no separate lobby. Check in is shared with the restaurant so there was some confusion. Pricy during summertime."

"The property is really nice and very big! If you’re looking for cabins, they have them too. It’s not a five star hotel but it was charming and clean. A little dated decor but nice staff and cute breakfast with a pancake machine."
