Excellent hotel! The hotel is clean and located near the highway. Costco is just a few blocks away . Breakfast provide is descend. Would recommend to everyone!

The people at the hotel were generally helpful. Housekeeping needs to improve as they always keep missing something. Breakfast can have more varieties. Swimming pool was not available during my whole stay.

Has a pool, has a gym, has a laundry, has snacks and drinks to buy, has free breakfast, and our room has kitchenette with stove and range hood, microwave and dishwasher. Could practically live there for months. Plenty of parking and the location at Woodbine & 407 is perfect - just 30 mins to Pearson. The staff are so friendly. Highly recommended!

The hotel facilities are a bit dated; the photos might be from when they were brand new, so the actual experience might differ somewhat. The suites were spacious, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy. The breakfast was okay, but there were far too few seats. Our family of three went down at 8 am and there wasn't a single seat available. We slowly got our food and waited another five or six minutes before we could sit down, which was a bit of a disappointment. It seems that bottled water is only free for Happy Hour members; we only realized this after we drank it, but it didn't seem to come with an extra charge.

The hotel facilities are sufficient to meet guests' needs, and the laundry facilities are also adequate. The breakfast is filling, although the variety is limited, the taste is acceptable 😌. I would stay here again next time, as it's convenient for going to Markham Place.

The location isn't great; it's next to the highway, so you'll need a car to get around. The rooms are nice, and the suites can accommodate three to four people. The breakfast is excellent.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is not in a busy place and the environment is very quiet. In the heart of Markham. All staff were friendly, rooms were nice, cheese lacked hot water kettle. There is a small swimming pool where many families swim. The visiting-style design allows you to not only work, but also have meetings and chats with friends in the room.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and we could even take coffee back to our room. The room was well-equipped with a stove, microwave, and all the necessary tableware, so we could cook. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely choose to stay here again if given the chance.

Breakfast 🈶 has a lot of hot food, and the hotel is super generous. You won't be stopped from taking a cup of coffee upstairs after breakfast. Please be careful with this hotel. Without any notice or evidence, they were able to use the guest's credit card after the guest left the hotel and returned home, just by looking at the cigarette butts left in the trash can. This is a complete bully and theft. It should be noted that there was no notice during the stay and no notice when the guest left the hotel. The credit card was stolen without the guest's knowledge.

The hotel is hygienic and clean. The location is 10 minutes and convenient. There are many delicious restaurants nearby and Costco is very close.
