This room may just be my favorite of the house - with it's Boho chic decor, rustic wood bar, 65" tv and comfy seating, you'll never want to leave! Walk outside to the huge paver patio with outdoor dining table for six with umbrella, firepit with 8 Adirondack chairs and cafe lights hanging above. The shed out back houses 4 bikes so you can enjoy a ride through the quiet neighborhood. There are also lots of yard games including corn hole, a portable badminton net, horseshoes, croquet and more! There's a fun surprise in the basement - a mini pickle ball court! Great to practice your dinks! Or share friendly competition on the electronic dart board, PacMan/ Galaga arcade game, Ping-Pong, foosball, air hockey and giant Connect 4 game.
