It’s fine the bathroom should have a place to put toiletries

Very conveniently located as it's adjoining to a big mall where one has everything. The staff are nice too, breakfast ok. But the room quality not good, interior not spacious and uneasy to place one‘s belonging. Bed comfy and TV didn't work. Price is great.

The location of the hotel is good. If you rent a car, there is a free parking lot downstairs. It is right behind Bagatelle Mall, which has everything very convenient. There are supermarkets and restaurants for shopping. The hotel has decent Wi-Fi. There is a restaurant downstairs. The room is small but it is one of the few hotels with twin rooms. The size of two single beds is about the same as that of a middle school dormitory. The facilities are relatively old, but they have everything they should have. As for hygiene, you can see that it has been cleaned, but due to the climate, there are many small insects in the room and geckos outside. Nothing serious. The air conditioning is pretty good. Canned glass bottles of water are provided every day. You can ask the front desk if you run out. The price is a bit high during the Double 11 holiday, but it should be cost-effective at other times.

The hardware of this hotel is ordinary, and it doesn't feel worth a thousand RMB. It is very close to the mall, with everything available next to it, and the surrounding roads are very good. You can see the sunset over the Indian Ocean. The picture is taken from my room window. But there are two points that I think are quite weird: 1. The bathroom is partially unobstructed glass design, and people outside can see the people showering inside through the glass. For me who is with a baby, I feel a little embarrassed, but couples can ignore it. 2. The toilet and bathroom lights cannot be turned off. You can only turn off the lights by pulling out the room card to turn off the power in the room. It is very transparent and you can't fall asleep without turning off the lights. Regarding these two points, I think there are bugs, and I think there should be a solution, so I called the reception twice to confirm, and the hotel replied that all rooms are the same for these two points, and it is not a problem with a single room. But the staff are really good. They helped us book a car and help me solve the problem. They are all very warm and friendly.

The location of the hotel is great, close to a large shopping mall, very convenient for shopping and eating! The hotel staff are very friendly, the hotel environment is very good, and the hygiene is good!

I liked that it was nice and clean. And, the facilities were good. And, the restaurant staff and staff were very kind, so it was really nice. I think the service was also very good.
