Very convenient location, right in front of subway station and 1 station away from Hakata Station, canal city hakata is just across the street, yatai stalls all walking distance from hotel, lots of shops around the hotel, the onsen was wonderful!

Not so valuable for this price, the room is quite small

The hotel is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Onsen is my favourite and it’s very nice and clean. Love their evening free ramen too. We also use their laundry a few times cos of the sweated clothes and their detergent smells really good!

Very standard dormy inn . Excellent location. Free ramen is tasty. Good onsen!

Good breakfast and onsen. But the rooms are too small for a Dormi Inn, which carries the Premium label. Overall, we love this chain for the quality they provide and the onsen in every hotel.

The room felt a bit dated, and the mattress was too soft for my preference. Only one complimentary bottle of water was provided. However, the hot springs were excellent, and they even offered unlimited Yakult to drink. Breakfast was decent, offering a good variety of options. The service was very good, and the hotel's location is superb, providing convenient access to transportation.

Good value for money and great location. The nicest thing about the hotel is the natual onsen and all the complimentary items for their guests like ramen at night, morning coffee/juice/tea, ice-cream, yakult drinks. We used the onsen every night after a long day out.  The hotel is right next to the subway station.  The room is not big. No room cleaning without a charge. But clean towels are hang outside the door everyday.

This hotel is located on hakata Station and tenjin area. It has natural hot spring 2nd floor with sauna.

The breakfast quality was excellent. The room was small, as usual, but still acceptable. However, the cleanliness was a bit disappointing.

I had no towels in my room and only found out that they forgot them when coming out of the shower… when one pays 20k¥ per night, it would be appreciated that all amenities are really available in the room…

The hotel is conveniently located 15 min away from Hakata Station. It has a nice onsen, and provides many refreshments for free at different times of the day eg ice cream, Yakult and ramen. The breakfast spread is good, and the food is delicious.
