"The location of the Hotel 10/10. I know that these are their policies but it seemed a little unfair to us that you couldn't consume anything (beer, water, snacks or any food) if it wasn't from the bar, in the area of the pool and lounge chairs. From then on everything is in order."

"The hotel is simple and has a family atmosphere. It is located in a central area where one can easily move to different tourist and entertainment points. I am pleased to mention that the people who work in the hotel are warm, friendly and one feels in a hospitable environment; I think that is the best feature of the place. The only thing that I see as negative is the mention in the hotel regulations where they prohibit introducing food and drinks in the recreation areas; which is disappointing. Apart from that, it is a good option to spend time with the family and get to know this wonderful city."

The restaurant buffet on the first floor of the hotel is very good, Mexican style, 180 pesos / person, RMB 66 / person, service is very good! We was 3 persons, towels enough for 2p every day, we need to request extra shampoo and towels every day, only 1 key card for the room(no second key available), slow elevator. Bathroom no handicap accessible, minimum control on noise in the hallway. These was not a good experience, pay for 4 people, we only arrived 3p. Hotel refuse to provide credit back

GGuest UserAlthough the facilities are a bit old, it is understandable considering its history of more than 80 years. Almost perfect location: walking distance from the main attractions in the old town, with unparalleled sea views. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is not rich, but the dining environment is very comfortable. If I have to mention one flaw, the music on the street in front of the hotel is too loud on weekend nights.
