"My wife and I had our wedding in the Angliss room. The view and the food were absolutely everything we could have asked for (highly recommend the beef cheek!), while the accommodation was comfortable and let us wake up to the surrounds of the Macedon Ranges. Excellent place to visit for a romantic dinner, too - the food and wine are award-winning, so definitely worth a trip if you don't need to stay overnight!"

"We booked a room for one night as we had a very early flight the next day. The hotel is right next to T4 and within walking distance of every other terminal. They offer a shuttle bus service to T1 and T2, which was a 2-3 minute ride.  However, the bed was small and it was quite noisy at night. There were loud machine noises throughout the night and we couldn’t get a proper night’s rest, which kind of defeated the purpose of an airport hotel.  We wanted to get some water - whether filtered or boiled or bottled and this was not available at the hotel apart from the bar which had steep prices. There were also no convenience stores nearby which was annoying.  The thing that frustrated me most was, I explicitly asked the staff how long the tax refund would take in order to plan my time well. I was informed that the entire process would only take 5-10 minutes. I ended up waiting around 1.5 hours at the queue of the tax refund. I would expect a staff working at an airport hotel to not mislead me on this.  Overall not very satisfactory… I won’t bother with an airport hotel next time."

"Very clean, well-equipped, with good supermarket and shopping mall facilities in the surrounding area. It is about half an hour's drive from the city center CBD. It is an apartment worth staying in for families"

"Our car broke down and roadside assist dropped us here as it was the closest motel. The place is thoughtfully laid out with well equipped rooms and a well stocked kitchen area. Everything was pristine - the owners obviously take great pride in the place. And they were so kind! It was late and raining and we had our two little kids with us. So the owner donned a Santa hat and delivered us some fruit and veg for us to make dinner and some lamb he’d just cooked on the BBQ! We were blown away."
