"I will definitely be booking again. The staff was very nice and informative, the location was very convenient and the room was clean. The room is a great size for travel, the bed was comfortable, it had a fridge, a coffee machine, the bathroom was clean and fully stocked. I saw a few reviews regarding the noise, but that wasn't an issue at all for us. It was very quiet."
"Suitable for self-driving friends, the price is higher in comparison
Facilities: Configuration of hotel chain
Hygiene: clean
Environment: The location is a bit far from the airport, no car is inconvenient
Service: OK"
"The hotel is nice, it's on a hillside and surrounded by hotels, it feels very safe, it takes 20 to 30 minutes to drive to anywhere in Boston by taking the expressway, and the laundry room charges $2 for washing and drying clothes."
"Very satisfied, the room is large and there are doors separating the kitchen, living room and bedroom. Like a one-bedroom house, the kitchen is fully equipped, the breakfast is delicious, and the service staff are very dedicated.
The hotel is located in a park with many hotels nearby and many high-tech companies.
Among supermarkets, the market basket is the closest and the best place to visit. There are Trade Joe's and CVS a few kilometers away, as well as a Costco membership store.
Very quiet, very similar to Boston's temperament. Would love to stay again.
Good hygiene and had a very pleasant time."
"The room is big, the breakfast is quite rich, of course it is American style, parking is free, it is convenient to go to the city center, and it is within walking distance to the subway station next to it"
"Although the room seemed a bit outdated, it was VERY clean. The additional amenities such as coffee and tv access were a plus. My favorite was the sleep well lavender oil, which also came in handy after the trip was over and I was back home. My only big complaint is the parking. You have to use the parking garage which is on the same property and somewhat close, but when it’s less than 20 degrees outside and you have children and luggage to carry it becomes troublesome. Id suggest some kind of heating hallway or tunnel to connect the two."
"The experience of this hotel is very bad, they do not clean the room during the stay, if you need to clean, you need to make an appointment one day in advance, otherwise cleaning service is not provided. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, the shower curtain smelled of sweat, the faucet in the bath was too tight, and the woman could not pull it out at all, which was very difficult to use. Change the towel must go to the front desk to get it. There is no paper and pen in the room, and the air conditioner is particularly noisy."
"We love all Boston’s areas . This hotel very nice and clean, very nice breakfast. Great location. We always staying in this place, my kids have 3-4 competitions in a year there. Highly recommended"
"It is the nearest hotel to Lowell Downtown. It is quiet near the road. There are no restaurants and supermarkets around. It is suitable for driving. The hotel has special facilities for the elderly and disabled. Suitable for passing through Lowell, short stay, no elevator, luggage needs to be moved by yourself."

Great
GGuest UserStayed at an upgraded harbor view king room. One of the largest and nicest room I have stayed this year at the price of a Marriott Courtyard stay downtown. Almost everything can be controlled via the IPad. Mini bar is stocked with drink and snacks, the price is steep and the items will be charged to you room if you pick them up for more than 30 secs. The front desk staff did warn me of that so I was not surprised by that. You will have to pay to use the fridge if you want to store your own items. Aside from the location, everything else is 5 star for me But from what I read online, the Encore does offer shuttle services to downtown/chinatown. Will stay again if I’m ever in Boston in the future.
AAnonymous UserCan walk to Harvard. Very satisfied with the hotel, there is a kitchen for cooking, the bathroom has underfloor heating, there is a big supermarket next to the hotel, the breakfast is very delicious, I have recommended it to several friends, and they are all satisfied
SSamennasidumuThe hotel is in a convenient location, very convenient. The room is clean and hygienic, the bedding is also very hygienic, and the hotel staff is very polite. The breakfast is also good, suitable for business trips.

Very Good
GGuest UserNice and clean motel located off of a major highway. Right across the street is a huge grocery store and a couple of restaurants. I enjoyed my stay here.
DDarburaPros:
New Yorker first time driving to Boston, so i need a hotel that provide parking. This hotel provide free and pretty safe parking in their basement which is excellent for interstate driving travelers.
Beside free parking, this hotel also great for sightseeing Boston via public transportation. There is a bus stop right across the street. Bus 77 will go straight to the Red Line Harvard Station. You can transfer to Red Line and go straight to the city. Or you can transfer to Bus 1, which will take you to nearby Boston University and Newbury St. From Newbury St stop, you can transfer to the Green Line at Hynes Convention Center Station. There are a lot of attractions right on the Green Line for you to explore.
When you are done with your travel, u can take Red Line or Bus 1 back to Harvard Station, then transfer 77 and it will take you back right next to the hotel.
This hotel also provide free breakfast in my booking. The breakfast is nice but will be better if it can last to 10am during the weekdays. (6-9weekdays, 7-10 weekends)
The room is not bad, pretty big with table, kitchen, refrigerator, sofa, two tvs and a bed. The room I have is pretty clean and I do not have much to complain. The hotel staffs are nice too.
Cons: The mattress is not too hard or soft and is comfortable for me. However, it is little too noisy when you try to move or turn.
The bathtub is slippery when you step in it, especially where there’s water in it. I have to grab the pole tight every time. The hotel need to address this issue for safety.
GGuest UserI came to Boston with my children, primarily to visit Harvard University and soak in the atmosphere of such a prestigious institution. Boston itself is a historic city, home to many world-class universities, and definitely worth experiencing.
DDaidaishoubatouniuxiangleyibianThe hotel is far away from downtown Boston and is suitable for those with cars. However, the room is large and the facilities are complete. The quality of the bedding is also very good. The surrounding area is relatively safe at night. There is free parking and the price/performance ratio is very good!
JJameszhanThe hotel is in a good location, about 10 minutes' walk from the nearest subway. The room is OK, clean and simple, with a bathtub, no slippers and kettle provided
The hotel has its own parking lot. If you drive there, you need to get a receipt from the front desk and put it in the car, free of charge. Overall good
Yyuan~erThe location is average and the health is OK. We are working there so choose. If it is a trip, it is more troublesome, because it costs 30 dollars to take a taxi to the city and 30 dollars to Harvard University. There are no slippers and toiletries in the room, and there are no hotels in the United States. It is very strange. Breakfast is mainly cold meals. It is good to use it as a fast hotel. Don't think about it compared with the domestic Hilton.
