"The lobby is bright and the breakfast is very rich. In fact, breakfast is not included in the price. The room has a balcony and parking is very convenient. There is a supermarket around the hotel with an ATM and a Qing Tao Chinese food. Love Place, Politely and good service with satffs here, I will back to stay next time."

Charming cottage located on a quiet street walking distance to Easton's Beach, 2nd Beach, numerous restaurants, and Newport's scenic Cliff Walk. Only a short driving distance to downtown Newport, several historic mansions and Bellevue Avenue. This studio style cottage is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood adjacent to an owner-occupied dwelling. It is ideal for a single person, couple or small family (max. 1 older child) coming to enjoy a lovely, relaxing vacation in the Newport area. Due to the structural set up of the rental (stairs and loft) and the safety of guests we can only have older children, aged 12 and up traveling with their families. ZZHENGYONGDue to the late arrival, they did not expect that they updated their passwords twice and sent them via email. I thought it was the password on the email from the previous day, but I couldn't open it, and I couldn't find the waiter. It's really a headache!

GGuest UserI don't know what equipment is upstairs at night, invincible, noisy all night, it should be the main machine equipment of air conditioning or heating! Basically, I didn't sleep all night, and I was speechless! Compared with other holiday hotels in the morning, there are several categories less, which may be a problem with geographical division.

GGuest UserThe inn is very clean and has no bad smell at all! The inn is once a farm house, according to the receptionist.
We have stayed in the one king bed room on the second floor. Bed is more to the soft side but ok. Didn't give me any back pain. The pillows are soft which I like a lot. Room is very clean that the tissue came out clean when I wipe the floor. Water is hot and no blockage in the bathtub. Air condition is a new model kind which worked well.
The breakfast area has 3 tables but normally no many people there. They have frozen muffins (with ham/egg etc), energy bars, yogurts and instant Oatmeals and bottle juices. 24 hours you have hot water and coffee and fruits in the breakfast area. Not fancy but you won't be hungry :)
I don't have any complaints. Will recommend my friends to this inn. They charged $50 for deposit on check in day. They said they will refund it. I am waiting for that.

115500906888The view is good, but it is too noisy, the house sound insulation is very bad! And the ground turned out to be slanted, the drawer could not be closed, and the Bible drawer was automatically ejected. Hahaha!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was nothing fancy but was fine. They have waffles, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, toast, cereal and danishes. Coffee was very good plus usual juices.
