The seaview room is obstruct by the shelter and the bathroom drain is clogged the frontdesk staff could not changed the room immediately, after long denounce change the other room at 1/F non seaview room, and again long denounce change the other room but need change again on next morning, the bad experience on the trip on this sherton hotel and the stafff manner

The room was comfortable, and I enjoyed a nice meal that even came with a free pudding. The staff were great and very friendly.

Overall, I was quite satisfied. My only slight reservation was that I found the continental breakfast a bit hard to get used to since it didn't include rice porridge.

Gorgeous five star hotel, very comfy rooms and beds, great spa and wonderful staff. Really enjoyed the quiet location but it’s still very easy to reach Dubrovnik old town and Cavtat

The environment is great, and there's a really good BBQ restaurant nearby.

Staffs are very helpful and caring. We have very early morning flight and need to leave hotel before breakfast starts. The staff offers to prepare breakfast box for us to take to airport. The hotel is relatively new considering the similar age of hotel. It takes only 20 mins Uber to old town which I find it’s completely acceptable. It’s good choice for relax and also not far from airport. We will definitely go back to stay this hotel if we visit here again.

Very lovely hotel beautiful views

Really comfortable hotel located in the quiet side of Dubrovnik. It’s clean and well maintained. The outdoor and indoor swimming pool is very nice and there is a beach right outside the hotel.

If you don't want to change hotels for the last three nights of your vacation in Dubrovnik, you must choose a hotel that will not make mistakes. The Sheraton chain is the best choice. Environment: In the satellite town of mlini outside the old town of Dubrovnik, the environment is very good. There are not many outdoor swimming pools, and the sea view rooms can basically see the swimming pool view. Hygiene: The management of Marriott Hotel is still trustworthy. Facilities: The standard of a five-star hotel will not be bad. In a European tourist resort like Dubrovnik, the facilities must be complete, and the holiday is indeed matched with such facilities. The room is about 40 square meters, the bathroom is large, with double basins and double shower equipment. There are urban swimming pools and sauna equipment, but sunua needs to be paid. The hotel provides free underground garage parking. You can get a card when entering the ramp and press the help button when exiting the ramp. It is very convenient and safe. This is my first bad review on Ctrip. I was in a good mood for vacation and stayed for three days. After leaving for the destination airport that day, I found that I had forgotten my jacket in the hotel. I contacted the hotel through Ctrip customer service to confirm, and clearly informed the front desk of the room number and the characteristics of the clothes. The reply said that there was a lost jacket but it was not sure whether it was mine, and asked me to call again the next day to confirm. The next morning, Ctrip customer service continued to call twice, and both replied that there was no lost jacket, and asked me to call in the afternoon. In the afternoon, I called and told that there was indeed a jacket, but I didn’t know because the front desk didn’t hand it over clearly yesterday (extremely speechless, if there was no clear handover, wouldn’t there be a lost and found department?), and then communicated about the courier problem. First, they asked us to pay on delivery, and we agreed, and then they said that we had to pay first, and then we asked to send the payment method, saying that it must be sent to the guests by email. So far, three days have passed and I still haven’t received the email. I don’t know if it’s a management problem of this Marriott-owned Sheraton, or is the efficiency of the local people so low? A domestic phone call can be done in 1 minute, but I and Ctrip customer service have called at least five times. It is strongly recommended that such a hotel be delisted, and Marriott Group should also be made aware of the management efficiency of its hotels in the future.

The breakfast is very rich, the swimming pool is great, and there is an exclusive beach, which is very good. It is the normal standard of Sheraton. You can also earn points if you book through an agent, unlike some other restaurants. Parking is free and there are plenty of parking spaces. It is about 7-8 kilometers away from the old town. Uber is cost-effective to the west gate of the old town, less than 11 euros (the east gate is more expensive). There is a supermarket diagonally opposite the hotel

Overall it is up to Hilton standards, but it is a bit far from the ancient city. Maybe because of the distance, there is free parking. The outdoor pool was a little cold for the kids this season, but the indoor small pool and spa were quite nice. This is not a beach, it's all pebble beach, not really suitable for playing in the water, but it's OK for a stroll at night
