"I had a pleasant stay. The location is convenient and the hotel is clean, which I truly appreciated.
That being said, I was hoping for a slightly warmer atmosphere. While the staff were polite and professional, I did find them a bit reserved at times. A little more warmth, smiles, and energy would have gone a long way in making the experience feel more welcoming.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have access to the Wi-Fi during my stay, which was inconvenient. Also, the soundproofing in the hotel could be improved — I could clearly hear noise from other guests, including people speaking loudly in the hallways."

"The breakfast options are varied and delicious, making people feel good early in the morning. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable and pleasant, and it was very relaxing to live. The staff's service attitude is kind and courteous, making people feel full of warmth and professionalism. The overall accommodation experience is very pleasant, whether it is leisure travel or business trip is very suitable.
