The gardens were delightful and the views from the room and breakfast area were wonderful. Exactly the rainforest experience we were after. Host was friendly and went out of her way to ensure we were looked after. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy! Very happy with our stay."

"How refreshing to be checked both in and out in such a friendly manner, thank you Laura, you are an asset to this hotel chain. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant, the food was delicious. A few children ran riot round and round the tables but I guess it's nice for the parents to have a meal alone and chill out with a wine. Thank you for the beers and complimentary waters, both very much appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. The buffet breakfast was loveyl and Rosie didn't stop the whole time we were there, such a busy bubbly lady, Again this hotel has another great employee in another section of the hotel. Seems you pick your team well. We would absolutely recommend this hotel. Thank you"
