"My daughter totally adores this hotel. Very family friendly. Alot of kids involvement activities. A little like club med but it's not all inclusive so you can choose the activities you want to do then pay for it.. we booked a forest theme room and it was beautiful and comfy.. really very resort feel.. rewind and chill. Then butler was kind enough to upgrade our room with both days with hot spring access.. love the hotel spring, with many different temperatures pool available. Every pool is designed in a way to give you and family a little privacy but there is also a station nearby with a lady to serve drinks and towels.. wonderful stay and will come by again.."

"The air conditioner in the room was broken at first and it was not cold. After contacting the front desk, someone came up to communicate. We were given a view room and were changed to a guest room. Although there was no view of the city wall, it was an upgraded room type. And considering that it was already late, it was understandable that there were few vacant rooms. I have stayed in the Intercity Hotel in Qujiang. In comparison, I still feel that the overall facilities of the Intercity Hotel in Daming Palace are more complete, and the breakfast dining area is also larger. Although the Intercity Hotel in Qujiang does not have it, I still hope that there will be staff to guide the service in the breakfast pick-up area. Apart from these small details, the overall experience is good. The laundry room is very convenient for washing clothes, the gym is enough for daily fitness, the breakfast variety is also rich, the lobby is also spacious and bright, the hotel is also in a superior location near Xi'an Station and the city wall, the service staff are very warm and polite, and the guest rooms are also very clean. As an old guest of Huazhu Club, the premium of the all-season hotel is high now, and the cost performance of this Intercity Hotel is also very good."

"I booked this hotel because I arrived very late on the high-speed train into the north xian railway station. Took a short taxi ride to get here. While English is not readily spoken, the staff and service were fantastic and did what it took to help me out with any questions I had. Very kind. Location is about a five minute walk to line 14 subway stop, which goes to the airport. It feels like 40 minutes or so to the center of xian on the subway. There is a street near by with many great restaurants. I think this place would be equivalent to a suburb, with high rise apartments. It was really cool at night to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city and see this side of how Chinese live. Really, it was my favorite part of my trip to Xian. The hotel was very clean. Staff excellent. Only compliant is Chinese smokers in a hotel. I carries through the vents of an otherwise clean and inviting hotel. Advice to hotel... stop the smokers before they ruin the smell of your hotel. Thanks for a great stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was great, the staff very welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The location is close to the Terracotta Warriors (around 50 Yuan for a taxi to get there) and is central to many shops and restaurants. The location is on the 3rd floor with a lift close by. The location is opposite the Palace in Xi'an. We hope to visit again"

"Super convenient! Close to North Station, just a 300-meter walk from the subway entrance. The environment is cozy, the room is clean and has a window, the breakfast is varied, and the front desk lady, Ms. Chen, is very friendly. Free shuttle service is also available. Five-star recommendation!"

"This stay was great! The king-size room I booked was spacious and not cramped at all. The room was spotlessly clean, and every detail showed quality. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet and elegant, and you can feel the full comfort atmosphere as soon as you step into the lobby. The most surprising thing is that the moment you open the window, the pleasant scenery that comes into view is like a painting, which instantly makes people relieve their travel fatigue. "My wife and I came here for our first anniversary and it was worth every dollar spent. The hotel was gorgeous and super clean. Our room was decorated with rose petals spelling out “1 year” on the bed and a trail of petals to the personal hot spring tub. The bathroom has two sink basins with tall mirrors. The shower is a rainfall shower. The toilet has a glass door which was a little weird but the bathroom had a solid wooden door. Cleaning staff comes every day at a time that works for you to sanitize and organize everything. The mini fridge comes packed with a variety of drinks that are refilled for free every day. We were given a rotating plate of fresh fruits every day. At night time, they provide good night soup and turn on the personal hot spring tub. During the day, you can visit the outdoor hot spring in a secluded area. The minerals in the hot springs made our skin so soft and healthy looking. We did a spa treatment too which was very relaxing. They were very accommodating with finding a time that worked best for us. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Mostly Chinese breakfast with many delicious dishes to choose from. The restaurant was in a different building on the Huaqing Palace grounds. Easy to walk to but they also can drive us in a kart to and from it. You can also come and go to the Huaqing Palace grounds too! The staff was very friendly and accommodating even with a language barrier. They helped us arrange laundry services to be delivered to our room. They went and picked up our tickets to the Song of Everlasting Sorrow (great show). The housekeeper, Deng Xiaohui, was wonderful and gave us parting gifts when we checked out. 5/5. Highly recommend. We hope to be back next time we visit Xi’an."

It takes less than half an hour by taxi to Bingma, 10 minutes to Huaqing Hot Spring in Song of Everlasting Regret, and 40 minutes by taxi to the city center without traffic jams. The hotel's hot spring is very good, the facilities are also good, and the breakfast variety is not bad. The hotel service is basically available on call when there are not many people, but it is still slow when there are many people. The professionalism of service and hygiene still needs to be improved. Check-in and check-out are very convenient."
