AAnonymous UserThe room is quite large, warmly decorated, and clean. The boss and his wife are enthusiastic, and the service girl is serious and thoughtful. I had a cold, so the landlady boiled some ginger soup, and the boss greeted the guests to help carry their luggage. The breakfast is a bit simple, the taste of the food is average, the surrounding environment is poorly planned in the village, and it is a mess. It has nothing to do with the boss, but it affects the environment.
GGuest UserThe standout feature of this small hotel is undoubtedly its stunning scenery. If a great view is your priority, it overshadows the hotel's downsides – and there are downsides. While the room itself was standard for China, we encountered a significant issue with a bad smell from the bathroom. Despite this unpleasantness, the view was consistently amazing. Breakfast was underwhelming too, but considering the hotel's remote location, choices might be scarce.
GGuest UserThe inn was a pleasant surprise, the room was exactly like the promotional pictures, and the view was great.
The hardware mentioned before doesn’t have any major problems, which put my worries to rest - the price-performance ratio is still very high. The innkeeper was also very welcoming. He took us all the way to the room and told us that we could eat on the first floor and take photos on the top floor. We lived on the third floor, up the stairs to the Old Muden Church.
Standing on the balcony, you can not only face the Crown Peak, but also see the Nujiang Gorge.
In the morning, I sat on the bed wrapped in a cotton jacket, peeling oranges and waiting for the sunrise. I felt very happy and warm.
The breakfast is simple. In addition to rice noodles, there are buckwheat cakes, pickles and eggs. The buckwheat pancakes were bland and tasteless.
Dinner was not cheap but considering the location it was acceptable. As it was Chinese New Year, there were too many people, so the food was served slowly and in a chaotic manner, but it was understandable.
GGuest UserThe guest rooms had black marks on the floor, air conditioning but wasn't very effective at heating, and electric blankets were provided. The double rooms had single beds that could sleep two people. It's located in Laomudeng Village; turn left at the fork in the road, and the Yunshang Guanfang Hotel is up there. The tea factory has tea and a small shop selling three meals a day. Further along the road, you can hike and stroll, and there are many tea factories and shops offering views of Crown Mountain and the snow-capped mountains. Walking back downhill leads to Zhiziluo Old Town. There are many restaurants, accommodations, and local specialties. The owners are very hospitable, cooking for guests late into the night and preparing breakfast in the morning. You can drink alcohol or tea.
AAnonymous UserFacilities: Not bad, spacious rooms, complete facilities
Hygienic: clean and hygienic, no smell
Service: The most commendable thing is the service. The proprietress took us to see the house first. On the second floor, she told us that it was too close to the road. I was afraid it was a bit noisy. Then she took us to see the third floor. The room was good, but our box was too heavy. We were too old to move. The proprietress offered them to move. Sure enough, the box was taken off the car and the proprietress moved it to the third floor! The next morning they helped us move the box down again, which really touched me!
Environment: A bit far from the city center, breakfast is not very convenient
GGuest UserVery good experience! It is definitely the first choice for Fugong self-driving ✨ Free parking is super intimate, 2.2 meter-high SUV with roof suitcase is easy to stop, easy to get in and out without detour. The location is on Shangpa South Road, close to Shangpa Bridge, Shimoon Square, visiting the county seat, and walking the beautiful highway are super smooth. The local friends recommended it. The room facilities are very new, clean and spacious. The river view room opens the window to the rushing Nu River. The view is absolutely amazing! The front desk service is warm, the locals communicate smoothly, the parking and check-in are efficient, the self-driving can be well rested, the price is full
