My go-to hotel for concerts! This is my second stay, and it's consistently excellent! A big thank you to the gentleman at the front desk (the one with glasses) for helping me with printing. I've always found Jumeirah's service in Nanjing to be truly exceptional. From the moment I stepped out of the car, I didn't have to handle my own luggage – it was truly top-notch. I'll definitely be back again!

My stay here was absolutely fantastic. The staff, especially Holly and Gloria, provided incredibly thoughtful service. They made me feel very comfortable, from patiently answering my questions during check-in to promptly assisting me after I settled in. The room was tastefully decorated, with quality evident in every detail, and all the facilities were brand new and fully equipped. The creative Cantonese-Jiangsu fusion dishes at Lu Chao Chinese Restaurant, along with the exquisite Western pastries and coffee at Qiao Ti Restaurant (Executive Lounge), all left an indelible memory on my family's and my taste buds. A special thank you goes out to the hotel's management and service team for their attentive care and warm hospitality during my family's stay. Their professional and meticulous service truly embodies Jumeirah's brand charm and luxurious attributes.
