The room is OK and big. It is the only hotel I have stayed in that I was not scared of. The uncles and aunts in the kitchen are very nice. When my child was not feeling well, they kept waiting for us even though they had finished get off work. They worked hard. The driver was also great, picking us up and dropping us off. Overall, they were all good and their attitudes were also good!

What truly impressed us was the hotel manager, who was incredibly warm, hospitable, and genuinely thoughtful. As soon as we checked in, they proactively helped us plan our local itinerary, meticulously recommending authentic nearby eateries and specialty snacks. They also patiently explained how to best experience each attraction. Any questions we had about travel or dining were addressed immediately. Their attentive service throughout our stay made us feel completely at home. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic – no stress getting around! We could walk to the night market and all the major attractions. There are countless food stalls nearby, allowing us to easily explore local scenic spots and enjoy the food. What's rare is that despite being in a bustling commercial area, the hotel itself is incredibly quiet. It perfectly blends convenience with tranquility. After a day of exploring, we could return to our room and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep, completely undisturbed by the street noise. The stay included a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, as well as local specialty noodles. The food was authentic and delicious, ensuring we started each day full of energy before heading out. Our room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with a comfortable and elegant overall ambiance. It's perfectly suited for solo travelers, couples, or families. From service and location to environment and dining, everything was top-notch, offering excellent value for money. Choosing this hotel in Lanzhou is definitely a safe bet! The next time I visit Lanzhou, I will prioritize staying at Days Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Lanzhou. Highly recommended!

I didn't have high hopes when I booked the hotel, considering the price! But it really exceeded my expectations! The room was very clean, and there was no sewage backflow or odor issue mentioned in other reviews! The bed was also very comfortable! Especially the morning airport transfer – it was snowing, and the roads were very slippery, but the driver and hotel staff were very attentive, constantly reminding us that the roads were slippery! The driver drove very smoothly the whole way, getting us safely to the airport! If I had to nitpick, it would be that the room's soundproofing was a little poor, but the hallway was very quiet at night, probably because most guests were catching early flights and went to bed early, so it didn't affect my sleep at all! I forgot to take photos, but the room photos are exactly the same as the hotel's promotional pictures!

We booked seven rooms on a road trip and were all very satisfied with the hotel. Breakfast was delivered to the room, the hotel staff was very responsive, and we added the hotel's WeChat account and all our questions were answered. The hotel opened this year, the bedding was very comfortable, and the rooms were well soundproofed, so our sleep was not affected. There was nothing to criticize. We returned to Lanzhou on June 28th and stayed there again for two nights.

The room has a fantastic location, with a balcony directly facing the Danxia landform and offering stunning sunset views. The Danxia Scenic Area is right next door, with plenty of authentic local snacks. The hotel is situated in the middle of the loop, offering beautiful scenery no matter which way you turn. Staying in the mountains is incredibly peaceful; I even saw a blue sheep, a Class II protected animal, during my morning run. The scenic area is vast, and staying here allows for a more in-depth exploration.

A student going to take an exam changed rooms three times, and finally, the receptionist on Friday night helped resolve the issue of not being able to find a suitable room. This exam was very important to me, thank you (the receptionist that night). Her service attitude was genuinely helpful, not perfunctory or impatient. Before leaving, she apologized for not being satisfied with the room after several changes, but a good night's rest the night before was crucial for me to take the exam smoothly. Because it was my first time booking, I got a free upgraded room, which was quite clean. However, although the upgraded room had good lighting, it was a bit noisy at night because it was close to the roadside. Although I could sleep well, I asked the front desk the next day. The young lady helped me change a room that was not close to the roadside. The young lady at the front desk also changed it for me quickly. Thank you very much! The hotel includes breakfast, which is rich in variety. You can also take it back to your room to eat. My friends and I were very full! tasty! Before leaving, the front desk also gave me a small bag of snacks. I liked it very much. Thank you~

Facilities: Outdated and available. Hygiene: acceptable. Acceptable range. Environment: Yes. Service: OK. Easy parking and friendly to self-driving. It is also convenient to take a taxi to the attractions. There is a problem with the facilities. Tell the front desk and arrange staff to deal with it immediately.

I have stayed at this hotel quite often during my 37 trips to Lanzhou. The breakfast is good and the staff are friendly and proficient. My only problem this trip was that the shower only had hot water and the cold water could not work. So I hurried with my shower before the water got too hot. The location is on a very active street with Line 1 Gansu government stop around the next corner, maybe 400 meters total. I will stay there again.

This homestay is cost-effective and the rooms are clean and tidy. Although there is no air conditioning in all the rooms, it is still acceptable for short-term stays. Because I personally like this kind of home feeling, I feel it is very warm, just like returning to my own home, and living very comfortably. However, given the advice of some reviews, if you are looking for more facilities and comfort, a hotel might be a better choice. After all, there is nothing particularly amazing here, it is more of a simple and comfortable living experience. Because of the special date, I was unable to book a room the next day, which shows that this B&B is still very popular. If you like this kind of living and warm environment, you might as well give it a try.
