Windermere Town Mountain view Hotels

8 minutes walk from Windermere Railway Station, there is a bus stop at the door. The hotel is like a castle, the room is classically decorated, the garden is small but well-cared, and it is very beautiful from the living room or restaurant. The bedding is very comfortable and the bathroom is slightly smaller. Breakfast can be selected and tastes very good. All were friendly. Had a wonderful two days in the Lake District.

Excellent location, there are many tea houses and shopping malls around. The environment is beautiful, clean and tidy, the room is comfortable, and there are different kinds of drinks available. Steve and Hayley are very friendly, the breakfast is rich, especially the different kinds of smoked fish, delicious 😋

An old couple runs a homestay here. The service is very thoughtful and intimate. The breakfast is specially customized and very delicious. It is very close to the pier and parking is free. It is recommended.

Traditional friendly guest house. Nice , clean bedroom with en suite shower room. 5 mins walk to Windermere centre, easy access to Bowness. Owners were friendly and welcoming with good knowledge of local attractions. We would stay again if in the area.

We encountered difficulty in setting the thermostat and asked for help. The hotline gave us hints to change the settings and as a result, the problem of no hot water was solved.
