Amazing
GGuest User8 minutes walk from Windermere Railway Station, there is a bus stop at the door. The hotel is like a castle, the room is classically decorated, the garden is small but well-cared, and it is very beautiful from the living room or restaurant. The bedding is very comfortable and the bathroom is slightly smaller. Breakfast can be selected and tastes very good. All were friendly. Had a wonderful two days in the Lake District.
GGuest UserExcellent location, there are many tea houses and shopping malls around. The environment is beautiful, clean and tidy, the room is comfortable, and there are different kinds of drinks available. Steve and Hayley are very friendly, the breakfast is rich, especially the different kinds of smoked fish, delicious 😋
YYUNXIANGThe scenery is very good! ! The picturesque scenery, as mentioned in many reviews, the hotel itself is a scene. The traditional English manor style, blooming gardens, and tranquil lakeside all make people linger. During this trip to the Lake District, I went to the town center and ambleside. It is not an exaggeration to say that I personally feel that only by staying at the Langdale Chase Hotel can we truly appreciate the beauty of the Lake District. The attitude of the staff is also relatively good. The hotel is about 5 kilometers from the railway station and a taxi is 10 pounds; it is about 2 kilometers from the ambleside pier. You can also take a bus to these two towns, but the bus stop is five to six hundred meters away from the hotel, which is not particularly recommended. If you are not driving by yourself, it is better to take a taxi. If you are taking a taxi, it is best to call the front desk. It usually takes ten minutes. If you are in a hurry, it is best to advance. The toilet facilities are slightly outdated, but there is no major impact. The lake view room I stayed this time was quite spacious with a balcony. Overall, very satisfied!
NNaoT SSKI stayed here because I thought it was a gift from Beatrix Potter, one of the sacred sites for Peter Rabbit fans.
I was able to spend two days in a peaceful atmosphere.
I highly recommend it to anyone feeling down from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Access is difficult. It might be good for people who enjoy walking.
Be aware that bus services are reduced during the winter months.
