"Old hotel with some renovations. Room is very large clean, but underdecorated, very basic and not cosy. Outdoor pool dirty and unhealed, spa is cold water! Gym is tiny and limited. Sauna was ok though, but facilities are old and needs renovation. No breakfast buffet!!! Really disappointed. A la cart only, one meal and coffee OR juice... I don't recommend, there is way much better options for the price."

"I stand at Ibis Melbourne Glen Waverley for a night and it was good. It was clean, although some areas of the room was rough due to wear and tear - which is to be expected for an older budget hotel. I did have some issues with the deposit that I put down which was not explained well by the front desk and thus, created confusion on my end. There was also a wrongful charge to my card. I wrote emails but did not get a response so I went down to the hotel personally to sort it out. My experience thereafter was good when a lady at the reception explained the situation, apologised and started the refund process. I received my money back with no issue. All in all, it was a fair stay. "

"We arrived, late afternoon, at the motel and were greeted by a lady in reception. The booking in process was seamless and our request to check out later was granted for 30 minutes extra. This assisted us as we had an early afternoon appointment. The spa in the room was very good, however the overall cleanliness of the room was not. The walls were dirty, including the toilet and bathroom. The room, number 8 was good, as the traffic noise could not be heard from there. In summary, an average stay."
