"Was not able to stay, had to go to a different Hotel. Information was that was a Pet Friendly Hotel but only accepts Dogs not Cats. My Kitten was in a carrier and the only reason I had him with me was he had a vet appointment at 7:00 am and I did not want to leave at 4:30am so I could make it to the appointment."

"There is no elevator in the building. I have heavy luggage and can only live on the first floor. There is basically no sound insulation. I left very early and arrived very late. I hope my neighbors are not disturbed by me."

"Very bad experience. woke up in the middle of the night to bed bugs and packed up our things to leave. The hotel was very unhelpful and unapologetic as we were leaving. Still waiting on a refund"
