Hotels in Nabunturan

"Everything was good up until staff cooked some kind of fish, perhaps dried fish, in the lobby restaurant. The unpleasant odor of fish lingered throughout the hotel and into our room ( located close to the lobby. This happened two of the days we were there. My experience of other hotels in SE Asia forbid the cooking of high odor foods like dried fish. The room was clean, however we were not provided housekeeping service during our three night stay. Staff were not very interactive. Considering the remote location and lack of competition, we will probably return simply because there are not very many decent hotel options in the area."
