It’s small but quite. The pillow is perfect for sleeping. WiFi is terrible and unable to use.

Very good location and convenience for everything, staffs are helpful and polite. I am happy to stay.

Good location as close to JR station. But facilities are very old. Multiple things are broken without repairs. Dirty as dust on furniture surfaces. Very noise at night due to poor soundproofing!

Hotel is about 5 mins walk from the station via Lucent Tower underpass. This hotel is mostly catered for business guests, but there are also people like me who are here for sightseeing. Everything here is well provided and happy with the spacious single room allocated 😊 Didn't opt for breakfast so no comments on that.

The kettle should be replaced with the latest version, it took too long to boil. The lights inside the room was not enough & dim. The refrigerator inside the room makes some funny noise while operate.

Very nice, close to Nagoya Station, but not too noisy. The room size is just right, and cleaning is thorough every day. There's a FamilyMart right outside, and Nagoya Station is a five-minute walk away.

We gave them the wrong room. We booked a large room, but they gave us the smallest one. Luckily, we contacted Ctrip customer service to resolve the issue. They said they would give us two days of breakfast coupons for three people, but they only gave us three coupons. I left it to them and didn't want to bother with it again.

An extremely poor hotel experience while traveling in Japan, I was traveling alone before leaving for 3 nights (actually the wrong reservation, I wanted to book the Kashiwagi Mercure Hotel, but read the wrong booking the Kashiwa Hotel, also the English word cypress), the day before check-in to know the wrong booking, thinking Count, the hotel appearance and location is quite good, to the night of stay into the room, already feel very bad, dim lighting still see very groove, very dilapidated, very dusty, as if no one has stayed for a long time, just like a guesthouse, but late, complaints and words to rely on Google translate, so went to sleep first, but slept extremely poorly, the next day kept thinking whether to pay for the hotel? It really helped to handle, but that night did not have enough time to process, I still had to go back to the hotel to sleep that night, still sleep very bad, to the next morning, received notice the last night refundable, so I immediately back to the hotel to pack out and book another hotel, but took me more than an hour to process. I type this text in the hope that others won't fall for it like I did (I don't know if other rooms are bad, but I don't think it will be as good as that).

The hotel service is normal. You have to go to the lobby to get toothpaste and toothbrush. The environment is quiet and there are many food markets nearby. The cosmetics are generally good.

It's 5 minutes from the station and there's a Family Mart next door, so it's convenient. The hotel itself was old, but very clean. Recently, with the increase in inbound tourists, hotels have become expensive, so I was glad I was able to stay here at a very reasonable price.
