Service at the hotel is superb! The staff is as caring as family. We had some special needs during our stay and they were always able to respond and actively solve them in the first place. For example, we needed extra blankets, the room service staff delivered them in just a few minutes, and asked if we had any other needs. The hotel's cleaning staff was also very serious and responsible, and the room was kept clean and organized every day. This level of service really makes us feel at home, and we will choose here without hesitation next time we travel.
