We are deeply sorry for the problems you mentioned, such as the old facilities, hard beds, and the 1.2-meter bed type is not comfortable when there are more people staying (whether it is 4 people or one large and one small), which has affected your accommodation experience. If there are multiple people staying, you can consider the family parent-child suite (1 2-meter bed and 1 1.5-meter sofa bed).
