"The hotel belongs to a private cottage style, which feels like home. It is considered a noble villa area in the local area, because it passes through many relatively simple villages along the way. The second time this time, as soon as the doorman at the entrance of the hotel asked for the right name, he gave the key directly to us without a deposit. When checking out, he gave the key to the waiter or security guard and left. People feel kind and trusted! !! The ferry terminal from Dumaguete City is about 35 minutes from the hotel and the airport is about 20 minutes from the hotel. Hotel positioning is fairly accurate. The hotel has two floors, and each floor has a suite, a living room and an open kitchen. There are also a lot of tableware and several cooking pots and rice cookers in the kitchen. It is really convenient. When we come back to buy food, we are like cooking at home, so happy to eat with friends on the balcony! (Please see the picture) There is a large bathroom in the independent suite. If there is a large balcony on the second floor, lying on the sofa on the balcony, you can also listen to music, play games, and see the pool and garden. We booked a room for two rooms and it was awesome! The hotel is about four or five buildings, so there are few people and it is very quiet. My husband and I brought a son of 14 this time and did not collect extra money, and there was an additional small room in the room for children. The only pick is that the hotel does not provide breakfast, but you can make your own breakfast! There is a small convenience store in front of the hotel. Everything is still full. You can sell all kinds of oil, salt, sauce and vinegar! The final conclusion is: leisure vacation is very good, cost-effective!"

"This time I booked a two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, which is very convenient and you can cook by yourself, but I didn’t experience it in a hurry this time. The restaurant downstairs is not as good as everyone said, but it is above the overall level of the Philippines. The swimming pool is beautiful and there are slides to play. After checking out, I had to go to the pier to take the boat to Tin Island. Because we had 5 people and luggage, we asked the front desk to call a cart for us. As a result, we arranged a brand new van to take us there for free. The building is very distinctive, the layout is very cute, I feel that a small town in Europe, next time I must take my daughter to stay a few more days."
"You can take a tuktuk from the pier to the hotel for 150peso
It’s 50 peso to go to the city center
The service is very good. If you have any problems, ask them to solve them.
The room is clean and the equipment is old
Slippers and toothbrushes are provided
The sound insulation is average. I can hear the sound of cars. The air conditioner is noisy.
The swimming pool is thin and there are many people at night"
"We had such a great time visiting Pulangbato Falls! The place was absolutely refreshing and scenic—perfect for a quick nature escape. The falls were beautiful and the water was cool and inviting, making it ideal for a short swim.
After exploring, we stopped by a nearby café and enjoyed some delicious drinks. The frappes were creamy and flavorful, and the ambiance was cozy—great for relaxing after the trip. We also indulged in some dessert (banana split!), which was the perfect sweet treat to end the day.
The drive going there was smooth and scenic, especially as we passed through the lush trees and peaceful surroundings. Everything from the food to the facilities made the trip worth it. Highly recommended for a chill getaway with family or friends!"
"Call a tutu car, it's easy to find. It is more than two kilometers away from Silliman University, but there are fewer restaurants near the hotel, and it takes a kilometer to walk to be more prosperous. However, the sanitation of the room is really good, the style is exquisite, and there are many decorations in the hall, stairs and corridors, which is very good."
"The staff are very welcoming and they give us all the help wr need during our stay. The pool is really clean and the room is very clean too. The location of this villa is very accessible to everything. I can say that you really get value for the money if you stay in this place. They have a barbeque area too for those who want to have a mini celebration or who wants to eat by the pool area. Even it is very near the road it is very peaceful in the night time."
"I absolutely loved the hotel's location—it was convenient and perfect for exploring the area. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The breakfast, in particular, stood out; it was a delightful buffet with so many tasty and fresh choices. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay!"
"It can be said to be No.1 in Dumaguete.
The environment is very good, along the beach, you can see the sea from the hotel.
There is a small courtyard, which is more private.
Breakfast is included, you can choose one of the two restaurants next to it, order it, the taste and appearance are online
There are several restaurants in the resort with good environment and taste, many non-residents will come to eat, the Italian restaurant Popolo is delicious."

Great
FfiammaduePlace was amazing. It was near the airport and the facilities are top-notched. It was so easy to get room service, and the staff was great! They have a spa, bar, and pool. This was the best part of my Dumaguete trip 😆
아아름다운당신It was easy to get around the city and it was quiet. The restaurant and staff were friendly. There are many restaurants nearby, but the quiet breakfast was nice.
SSHUYANGIt is suitable for bringing children, the swimming pool is more beautiful, probably because there are always some debris under the tree, and the water is not clear. Service is pretty good, facilities? The WIFI signal is really bad, and the network speed is still slow! There is no signal at the desk location. This problem has also reacted to their manager. In addition, there is no Chinese menu for the meal, which is really tangled! I also made recommendations to the manager. After all, some Chinese people will patronize now, although they are still mostly foreigners. Perhaps because the boss is French, the French meal is mixed with the meal. There is a French man named Matisse who is tall and thin and is casually said to be a manager. He can help you with anything. It is more regrettable that the pictures of diving in Apo Island do not know why there are so many missing. I do not know if Matisse did not help me export all from gopro or what! The diving instructor is very nice and the people are very nice. If it is not for diving, there is no need to live in such a remote place. There is really nothing near the hotel! It takes more than 100 RMB to charter a car to the urban area of Dumaguete City, or it is a 40-minute tutu, but it is 500p for the hotel to call tutu.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and spacious, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially appreciated the convenient location, delicious breakfast, and comfortable beds. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I'll definitely be back.
RryetravelsThe hotel is in central location of dumaguete. Accessible and walking distance to thr public markets, transportations, restaurants, malls and landmarks of the old town. It was easy to reach and find from the airport. The staff were friendly, smiling and helpful to our needs and questions. The room was ok. Clean, cold with AC, spacious and quiet. There are many to upgrade and considerate like the breakfast. Adding more variations would be perfect for the price we paid. I'm not satisfied with the breakfast. As well as to upgrade the room, bathrooms and its furnishings. But, in overall it was a great experience for a one night. I will definitely come back here.
MMichelleWe arrived around 5 PM and noticed that some of the staff members were preparing to leave for the day. One staff member kindly guided us through the hallways and directed us to our room. The room itself was lovely, but unfortunately, the main reason we chose this resort—its late-night swimming and Netflix access—was not fully realized. We discovered that Netflix was unavailable due to a payment issue, which was quite disappointing. We attempted to use YouTube, but found the available content unengaging, so we ended up going to bed early without our planned movie night.
On a positive note, we had breakfast at the resort's restaurant and were impressed by the excellent service, which was truly five-star. While the food was average for me, particularly given my pregnancy, it was satisfying and ensured that I left feeling full.
GGuest UserVery practical choice with regards to easy access to Lee plaza, restaurants & city tours. Hotel price-Reasonable. We all enjoyed eating @ palwa restaurant-mostly breakfast time. 360 around the corner by palwa hotel is a good place to book your travel tours. You need to bring your own toiletries just so you know. Overall experience with staff @ palwa-excellent. They’re very attentive, hospitable & with beautiful smiles on their faces ready to help you anytime.
They need to fix the lamp it goes on & off by itself I think loose connections. Maybe they also need to rearrange the bigger bed so that there’s a way you can get out on the other side quickly to use the bathroom. Also needed a small table to put your snacks or food. We stayed in a family room which I think needs an extra chair as well. Thanks to young man that helped us connect to WiFi & proper use of tv with 2tv controls. God bless you all @ Palwa hotel, thank you🇵🇭
OOn The Road AgainMy twin room was dark and humid. The room had a window but it was out to some kind of shaft so I didn’t want to open it. The a/c worked well. The bed was ok except it was way too short for someone 6’4”. The best part of staying there was the 7-11 at the entrance. Staff was friendly. TV remote didn’t fully function with the volume and on-off.
AAnonymous UserAll in all good value for little money, its cheap so dont expect much. The family room has no windows and our door key card did not work (2x needed assistance to open the door). Only one key card for 4 persons. The receptionist and guard are very friendly and helpful
EEmmanuel SarmientoThe place is quiet, good for people who like relaxation in a tranquil environment. The room is okay, I got a small ne but it was enough for me since I came as a solo. However, I don‘t understand why it was so hard to hail a tricycle going to this place, no matter how near it actually is. Even the tricycles from there won‘t pick you up even when it‘s not yet fully occupied. So far my stay was good. I was able to work in my room, I just wished they have something like a study table where guests who needs to work remotely can work. Also, it would be nice if you know how to drive a motorbike and hold a driver‘s license. Cause going to the places there back in forth can be really hard when commuting only, unlike when you can rent a motorbike, you can go anywhere, anytime without a hassle.
