Excellent services , food, spa. Everything you can ask for in service was provided with a smile. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and spa with hot springs were comforting. Don’t let some parts of the exterior building make you feel discomforting. The high humidity coupled with rain ages building prematurely.  This is an excellent choice if you want luxury, high quality food and a comfortable stay.

A very enjoyable experience. Weather has not been good but it has not affected our holidays at all. The tranquility and peacefulness of the hotel and nearby areas were impeccable. The selection of reading materials in every corner of the hotel was impressive. I had my breakfast in the quiet cafe and the random choice of the book redeveloped my interests in reading. Food and service in the chinese restaurant were of high standards. Relaxing in the onsens were most soothing. Will be back again.

Service: Top service! Staff were very friendly and the concierge spoke fluent English. Location: Relaxing! There’s a cute food street within 10 min walking distance from the hotel. Enjoy the beautiful teal water too! Amenities: Loved our hotel room - corner room with a view of the bridge! The hot spring area was not too crowded and enjoyable!

Perfect view and service!

I've stayed here before and thought it was pretty good. This time, I booked a room for my elderly family so they could enjoy it. The in-room hot springs are definitely comfortable. Although the weather was quite hot, I could turn on the air conditioning and enjoy the scenery while soaking in the hot springs. I also highly recommend the public pools; there are plenty of options. The lounge is also comfortable. Then there's the food, which is quite good for a mountain retreat. The highlight is the late-night snacks. Beef noodles are a great choice, a hot bowl before bed. You can even watch a show during afternoon tea, which is also great. Highly recommended.

The environment is beautiful and clean, and the service is also very good. The afternoon tea, dinner and midnight snack times are too close together, which I personally feel is a waste. The public pool was cleaned early because there were no guests, and the next day was a cleaning day, so it was not possible to use it. This experience was not very good.

I originally thought that there would be free spa massage experience twice in one room. After asking, the spa service staff (short hair) said with an embarrassed face that no, I was also very embarrassed... I hope the service staff will not let customers feel this way next time , this part was a big letdown. Everything else was good, and the room was well stocked, but at this price, the number of drinks in the mini bar should be based on the number of adults in the room. The outdoor slippers in the room can be taken away as gifts. I was shocked when I found a centipede in the hot spring pool. I made a fuss and told my husband. My husband said that it was inevitable in a hotel on the mountain, so he asked me not to be a guest, ha! During this period, the room service staff also gave my daughter a bear doll, which was so cute! The appetizers and main meals were delicious, but the desserts were not. The orange juice for breakfast was freshly made. Because we were traveling with a five-year-old child (the Western restaurant can only be entered by those over 8 years old), the hotel helped us move the meal to the room to enjoy, and also moved the dining table into the room, so we would not eat too much on the coffee table. Embarrassing, the service is very attentive! There are separate public baths for men and women, and you have to walk some distance to the basement. The spring pool is clean and coarse salt is provided in the shower area for exfoliation. There is a peculiar smell in the steam room. The oven uses far infrared rays which is very good! The open-air hot spring is really completely open-air, not semi-open-air. When you bathe, you feel like a monkey bathing in a hot spring. Hahaha, it is a very enjoyable and novel experience. There is a house across from the women's hot spring open-air hot spring. I saw a person tidying up the vegetable garden opposite, and I was worried that the other person would look over with a telescope. According to my husband, the open-air hot springs at Men's Hot Spring are mountains and rivers as far as the eye can see, with no homes. That’s probably it! Overall, the housing experience is satisfactory, but there are also many shortcomings.

The hotel is located a little away from the old street, about 10 minutes away, so you can have a quiet rest all night. The hotel as a whole is very artistic. The lobby, corridors, and rooms are well designed and very comfortable, although there is a little lack of light. It is full of tranquility that allows the body and mind to rest. The room includes 1 hotel room and 2 meals. The quality of breakfast and dinner is very high. Because I can’t eat seafood, the hotel has made special arrangements to satisfy my vision, smell and appetite. The hotel's SPA is also very good, the price is cheap and the service is excellent. The architectural style and design are very comfortable.

The air conditioning in the room is not cold enough, it faces the main road and it is a bit noisy on the second floor. It is a pity that there are not many guests and we did not give us a room facing the river.

The hotel provided a stay and two meals, and the food was delicious. In addition to dinner and breakfast, they also provided a midnight snack. The hotel staff was very friendly and enthusiastically provided many nearby attractions for us to visit. This hotel is definitely worth visiting again!

This is not the first time I have come to Wulai to soak in hot springs. No matter how many times I go, I still like the environment here. So choose to stay in Volando! I didn't expect that as soon as I entered the hotel, I was attracted by their thoughtful service. If you don't mind the price, it's worth staying again
