The receptionist was very rude. On our first night, he never mentioned that there would be an additional fee for the third person. The next day, he cornered me in front of my family and insisted that I pay.

I enjoyed the first two nights of stay. Tge front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful. But on the checkout morning in the crowded breakfast place, a stout gang-like guy shouted at me with threatening tone over an empty table which was said to be reserved but had no reservation tag when I placed my plate on the table All the goodness from other hotel staff was ruined by this incident.

We checked in late evening. Tired and hungry. The receptionist told us there is no restaurant in the hotel or nearby. We went out and found 2 restaurants at the back of the hotel!

I stayed there for 12 days. breakfasts were the same without a single change, although it is help- yourself service. And the wifi performance was pretty poor. And there wouldn't have much improvement even the staff promised to improve.

I’m working from districts so I have to spend some nights out so this hotel had what it take for me to rest properly after a long day of work really liked it, it’s not a fancy hotel but can get the job done and it’s clean

Fantastic location, 4 bus stops to Tamsui station, bus stop just in front of hotel. Great customer service, clean rooms and room looks new. Recommended!

The view of the room is very beautiful, full sea view as we are staying at the top floor. The room is very spacious. The bedding is ok but a bit soft for me. The bathroom is good and the pressure of the water is very stable and the temperature of the hot water is good. The location of the hotel is a bit far away from the city but very close to the subway. If you want to visit Tamtsui, it is one of the good choice. The management should improve the cleanliness of the room, but compared with the price, it is okay for me to come again.

Hotel location is on the main street too noisy and the bed is too soft not good guilty . Anyway I learned from this booking experience is alway reviewed other people’s feedback and comments.

Despite the location is not near MRT (about 10 minutes walk), you could always get a bus connected easily. The view is fantastic if you choose the river view. The staff are all friendly & helpful.

Room maintained good cleanliness. Too expensive and the bed is uncomfortable. The spring in the bed is painful. The air conditioner was noisy. The only good thing was the bathtub and the view was good. I booked the room for river view but they try to confuse us. ********* breakfast! I won't recommend anyone! Better choose if you have other options.

It is a very nice small hotel. It is convenient, clean and staffs are very friendly. I will definitely will stay there if I am going to Tamshui area.
