It was a clean good smelling place. Comfortable bed. Only thing is that I noticed some hair in the bed 🥲. Overall still a good hotel and great location in the centre.

The hotel is railway station, small and simply.Management of luggage stores are good.We leave the bike and bikebag there safety.No kettle or microwave, but we can ask receiptionist to provide when we need it

It’s super close to main station, which is good for travellers. Hotel amenities are very limited. Breakfast is just bread.

Nice hotel with a reasonable price

The hotel is located near the Nice train station. At check-in, we were greeted by a very kind lady whose name I don't know, but I remember her extreme kindness, which is somewhat rare in Nice. She explained everything to us, even speaking Italian. The rooms are clean, but perhaps the carpeting in the hallways leading to the rooms could be removed, as it always causes a bad smell. We didn't choose breakfast, and perhaps with a little effort on the part of the hotel, it could be included in the price, because everything in Nice costs at least three times as much as in Italy.

Very close to the train station, a 3-minute walk. It has a small balcony. The soundproofing is good; with the windows closed, you can't hear the traffic outside. You can't hang clothes on the balcony. The prices are also quite reasonable. There's a Lidl supermarket just a 7-minute walk away.

It's difficult to book a good hotel in Nice during peak season. This one is close to the station and convenient for transportation, but the room soundproofing and facilities are average. We stayed there for two nights, and the hotel was very considerate and didn't ask us to change rooms because we had originally booked two separate rooms.

The room did not match the description. The hangers in the closet were covered in dust, the central air conditioning was intermittent, there was hair on the bedding, and the toilet tank flush button did not return to its original position and kept running water.

Went in June, without AC it was difficult to sleep (too hot). Windows open but got a lot of mosquito bites despite being on the fifth floor. Good but fridge but no kettle.

Great location, close to shops, and a 15-minute walk to the embankment. This isn't my first time staying here, and the price matches the quality. I highly recommend it.

Living in an attic with no water or air, and calling to urge if I didn't check out by 11:00, I don't recommend it. The only thing I recommend is that it's close to the train station, but there are many train stations nearby.

The place is central and nice. Nice people, I highly recommend them. Being my first time, I was surprised, but thanks for the stay, I would choose it again.
