"So unimpressed, never again. Woken at 4am by the lovely rooster who carried on for hours, old mate in the next room was rattling the walls with his snoring, very thin, the driveway is a dangerous hazard and the waterfall isn't much to speak off. Don't try to swim, you'll be pulling off the leeches. Nothing great here, overpriced. "

"We were keen to see this accommodation having built container house ourselves. It is absolutely lovely !! Beautifully finished and decorated, and sitting in a peaceful country spot with cows and birdlife for company. Love the ceiling fans, much preferred to AC (which is also installed). We only had one night on our way through to Brisbane, but it is a perfect location for a longer stay, all the amenities you might need, and close to Nibim township which is wonderful - great food options as well as the colourful streetscape."

"I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at Black Sheep Farm. When we arrived, there was snake skin inside the house, and the entire place was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Everything was broken or in terrible condition. There were no proper beds—just a dirty mattress on the floor and another broken bed. Even the outdoor table was damaged. The whole place smelled bad, especially like a toilet. The bathroom was unacceptable—it had no proper flushing system and was not hygienic at all. I was there with my family, including a 4-year-old child, and I was also pregnant. I was not expecting anything like this and honestly felt unsafe and uncomfortable. I couldn’t even use the bathroom and couldn’t stay the night. I left early the next day. I asked the owner for a refund for the night I didn’t stay, because I feel I was misled. The photos shown online do not reflect the actual place—it looks like they are advertising a completely different property. There was no proper connectivity, there were lizards inside, and the entire place was filthy and unhealthy. This is not a place suitable for living or staying, especially for families. Wasting $800"
