GGuest UserA similar problem occurred, but it was quickly resolved. Dining🍽I was very satisfied with the facilities and went home comfortably. In addition, when I had free time, I did not want to use it and arrived at my house. Good luck, Yamazato Inn.

WWenWen HoLove Ryokan ShinSen very very much, we are very very enjoyable! All staff are very friendly and helpful. Amazing Chef Cooking on dinner and breakfast. Very full each meals. Nice room with Spa. This price all worth it. I would recommend to friends if they go Fukuoka

CCHI MANAlthough this is not a big hotel, but the environment is clean, the service attitude is very good, the package is worth the price. The dishes of the Japanese breakfast and the Japanese dinner are different for the two days. The hotel's next heart is delicious, and the partners in the same industry say that it is value-for-money.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, very close to the Takashimori Gorge attractions, and parking is good. The service staff was very kind and let us borrow the kitchen microwave to heat the food bought at the supermarket. Japanese breakfast is also good. But the room is not soundproof, the switch cabinet and the children are noisy, the room has no kettle, the hot water is required to go to the counter, it is quite inconvenient, in addition, it is very comfortable.

RRene CCIt is very close to Takachiho Gorge and is subject to traffic control on weekends.
, it’s only 15 minutes to park your car and walk into the canyon. There is no food nearby. It is recommended to come back after you are full or order a meal from the hotel. The bed is big, two big and two small are comfortable

GGuest UserThe environment is quiet and comfortable, the interior is clean and tidy, and the outdoor open-air hot spring is very much! The food is also good, all the waiters are very polite, and one of the young waitresses, although everyone has a few verbal communication problems, she works very hard to explain, and sometimes uses the translation app on the phone to help communicate, which is worthy of praise! Watching ”Ye Kagura”, because the road is relatively dark, the hotel arranges a car to pick up and give us flashlights. The hotel manager gave us soft cushions so that we can sit on the ground and watch the performance. Very attentive!

GGuest UserThe front desk was very impolite on the day I checked in, kept asking me to stick the “do not disturb” sign on the door, even called to my room asking that at the moment I haven’t settled down yet! it’s good that not seeing them around afterwards. And the other front desk staff are nice and helpful.

MMeiDeeFriendly staff and clean lodging.
We booked half board which was worthwhile as the food quality was great and especially when restaurants close early within the area, saved us looking for dinner. However, there are a few time slots we need to abide to, which is fine as attractions usually are closed by late afternoon anyway.
There is onsen in this accommodation, but it's not big. Enclosed onsen with no external views, and the water has some medical component added thus making the water reddish which may deter guests not accustomed to the color.
The Ryokan location is convenient for walking to a few attractions (for those who enjoy walking about 15-30mins to either attraction), which include Takachiho Kagura performance (pre-booking required), Takachiho Gorge, Takachiho Amaterasu Railway - scenic train ride.
Do note the train rides cannot be pre-booked, and end by 3PM in the afternoon.
And Takachiho Gorge Boat Rental should be pre-booked, with time slot bookings open 7 days before.

KKaijenThe hotel is located in good location near the temple and valley by driving within 5~10minutes. The hotel ith enough parking lot for free if you do self-driving. There is a Family Mart underneath where you can easily get food or drinks.
