"More than 800 a night, it is convenient to call a taxi nearby, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the restaurant service is very good, and the surrounding environment is very beautiful. Worthy of this price."
"Set up a base in the city and exercise with friends at a nearby golf course in the morning.
In the afternoon, there was no problem finding restaurants and shopping nearby.
It's convenient if you have a car"
"The location of the hotel is very quiet and convenient. It is close to the station. There is a large supermarket under the station with everything you need. There is also a coffee and bakery. You can see 3-coins as soon as you leave the station. The service attitude of the hotel waiters and bathhouses is very good, and they introduce the facilities attentively. Very good stay experience."
"Hygiene: Much better than the pictures. The pictures look like a very dirty and old house, but in fact, the shower area is a bit older. There is no dust on the floor after wiping it with a paper towel, and the toilet is not particularly big. There is a sewer smell, which seems to be a common problem in Japan.
Facilities: The toilet and bathroom are separated, which is good. Two people can sleep in the attic, but if it is dangerous to sleep on the edge and the place is not high enough, you can sleep inside. One person can sleep underneath. The mattress is a bit soft but it is okay. There is a hair dryer, a refrigerator, a microwave, a flashlight, spare quilts, etc., and a wardrobe. It is very good.
Environment: The neighborhood is very quiet and super quiet. There is indeed a large 711 within a minute's walk, but there are no other stores (the distance is within eight minutes and it is all residential areas). The rooms I stayed in are divided into the first and second floors. I was on the first floor and it was very convenient.
Transportation: It is indeed convenient. You can walk to JR and Nishitetsu Line, which are both about 10 minutes. However, the road is a bit winding (all flat roads), which is more troublesome if you are a complete road *****.
Disadvantages: It's quite hot sleeping in the attic in winter, even with the air conditioner turned down, it's still very hot. The trash can is a little small, bring one or two extra trash bags with you. But the price is really cost-effective.
I forgot to take pictures because I was too tired, I suggest the store to take more pictures haha."
"More convenient if using a car, parking is free however parking lots may be full at night so better to reach earlier at the hotel. There's also free onsen facilities and a comics room, and there's two buildings so might be confusing when navigating around the hotel. Overall experience is a good stay."
“Newly built detached house with free Wi-Fi and parking. Located near Fukuoka International Airport, National Route 3, and LaLaport. About 200–300 meters on foot to the bus stop heading to Hakata and Tenjin. Surrounded by convenience stores and many popular ramen shops… Excellent access and a very convenient location.”
"The location is close to attractions. The room is clean and tidy. Cleaning supplies and towels are provided. The environment is quiet. The service attitude of the staff is very good. You can store your luggage. There is a restaurant downstairs and there are snack coupons."
"The room was spacious and wonderful, equipped with a dining table, washing machine and dryer.
As I checked in outside business hours, I received clear instructions via SMS on how to check in, where the parking lot was, and how to enter. Parking is an additional fee (600 yen including tax), but I was sent a URL for card payments, which allowed me to pay without any trouble.
However, I used the nationwide travel support to stay here, and had a very unpleasant experience with the exchange of regional coupons.
When I received a confirmation call, I was told that I would be given six regional coupons for two adults, and when I asked what about children, I was told that coupons could be issued to children under 12 years old if they had proof of vaccination or negative test results. I asked them to confirm, but they insisted that it was written in the manual. I simply said I understood and hung up the phone.
When I sent the proof of vaccination for adults by email, I included an explanation that the Fukuoka Prefecture official website states, ”*Children under 12 years of age do not need proof of vaccination certificates if accompanied by a parent or other guardian who lives with them and has been vaccinated and tested.” and sent the email. The next day, I received a reply saying that they could give me the regional coupon if I only needed to show identification."
