"Located directly next to the beach and also a beautiful park. The city centre being only a ten minute walk, couldn't be more perfect. We arrived after 11pm check-in was dealt with quickly by a friendly receptionist. The room we found in the morning had nice seaview, the beds were comfy as we both slept well. The food throughout the week was good with the usual choice of hot meal or salad. No complaints there. The pool had a lot of sunbeds available, those out on the beach were not hotel beds and were chargeable. We were AI and the drinks were the usual local ones. The hotel was kept very clean all the staff were friendly. The only down side was the lack of evening entertainment, the only night that something was watched and enjoyed by the large majority was when some very talented dancers did a show. They were very good. Considering the amount of people staying they should have good entertainment every night. Just a warning to people with walking difficulties there are no lifts so you may struggle, even the restaurant is upstairs. Also if your looking for some lively nightlife don't bother, the bars close at 11:00 pm Would we go again? Almost certainly."

"Lovely clean hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Massive family rooms with 2 bedrooms and big balcony to sit and watch the waves. Good choice of food daily for dinner and tea. Same every day for breakfast but still a lot of choice. We came middle of may and most things was closed down till june but still enjoyed our stay as hotel very quiet. Only bad things was someone broke bridge on slide climbing frame so kids could not play on it. Children messing about in jacuzzi doing handstands and nearly kicking people in face sorry but its for relaxing they should not be in there. Hotel had great activities for adults and they had childrens clubs twice a day except sundays. The mini disco was on every night except sunday but played mostly same songs the highlight was watching The Dancing Bar man he enjoyed the kids disco. The acrobats was brilliant to watch. Very good holiday just if want more to do come later in year as nothing started till 1st june and ends in september"

"It won't be easy to find an open door and someone waiting for you at this hotel located in the upper part of town quite far from the seaside, parking on the street in front of the establishment. The person who welcomed us (reservations made on Booking) was the cleaning lady who spoke only Bulgarian and we were able to communicate via a telephone translator, it is in your interest to understand everything about how it works the first time and ask the right questions, because more person after 2 minutes, you will be alone in the establishment with other tourists (Bulgarians and Russians during our stay). Otherwise the room we chose was on the 3rd floor with a small balcony and sea view (far away of course), nice surface and clean overall (you should not look in the corners and on the doors), small refrigerator starting to flee, the lack of maintenance is glaring here, it must have been superb 10 years ago!! you are even encouraged not to eat breakfast because it is supposedly of poor quality (maybe the wife doesn't want to get up early to prepare it?). So it was breakfast outside and in a good atmosphere! Bathroom Bulgarian toilet with shower in a corner and watering the whole! Establishment just good for a visit."
