On arrival you can call the hotel and ask for pickup. At terminal 1, you can proceed to arrival gate 5 and wait for the van. Yhe blue one has marking in front.. b

One night stay is enough . The vibes quite creepy. We only stay here for the sake of near to the airport only. If not, i dont wanna stay here. The bed is not comfort enough.

It wasn’t wheelchair friendly the wheelchair didn’t get to the toilet seat. It’s aceptible

The hotel pick-up and drop-off service is very good. After calling the hotel, the car came quickly. The front desk of the hotel is also very polite. The room is fairly clean, but the bathroom facilities can be better, there is some smell. There is a large shopping mall about 20 minutes' walk from the hotel, and the hotel also has a cute cat. In general, it is a good choice for passengers who need to transit at Malpensa Airport.

A cozy hotel near Milan Malpensa Airport. The receptionists were cheerful and helpful, despite the language barrier (no one here speaks Russian) – they used a translator. The rooms were clean with comfortable, soft beds, a shower, and a TV. Basically, everything was there. The free shuttle from the hotel to the airport was also very helpful! Thank you for everything! We would happily choose this hotel again! The price was very reasonable!

Nice hotel, clean rooms and very nice service. The property provides airport transfer and can pick up guests from Oleggio train station, so I recommend it :)

This is a very suitable small hotel for daytime sightseeing and catching a flight the next day, especially if you have an early flight. It is a 10-minute drive from Malpensa Airport. The hotel has 2 free pick-up vehicles (white for 5 people and blue for 7 people. Reservation in advance is required. Please see photos for the schedule). The room is not big, the facilities are a bit old, and there is a pastoral view outside the sliding window. There are towels, but they are quite hard. There was a sachet of shampoo/shower liquid. There is a hair dryer, small refrigerator, and free bottled drinking water. Breakfast starts at 6 o'clock and costs only 6 euros. It includes bread, juice, milk, jam, fruit, cheese, yogurt and cappuccino. There is parking outside the hotel. Practical and economical small hotel.

No hot water for shower in the morning . Stupid me that I had read that it was like this ..but I was hoping ..don't make the same mistake there is no hot water in the morning
