Good location for the exhibition, there are many restaurants nearby, others condition is not so bad, reasonable rate for the room.

They charged $50 extra as the beds were too comfortable and slept in too well...couldn't hear the alarm....

Good value for money with breakfast

This negative review is primarily for a long-time Ctrip customer. I placed a reservation for my child around midnight before bed, thinking it would be more convenient than booking on her own. It was a complete disaster, and I had a terrible night's sleep. There was only an hour and a half between booking and requesting a negotiated cancellation. My child called the hotel front desk to say their flight was canceled and their itinerary had changed, so they wanted to cancel. The hotel front desk told them to contact the third-party booking agent. My child immediately called Ctrip customer service, and I also submitted a request through the app. In the end, I was still charged the full night's room rate. Note: I requested the cancellation with both the hotel front desk and Ctrip customer service after 1:00 PM local time, well before check-in time.

The price of around 600 is also good. The hotel is very lively, with many bars, close to the Ferris wheel, and relatively close to the park. There is nothing special about it. There is nothing particularly unacceptable.

The location is good, parking is charged. It is far from Disneyland, but it is convenient to take a taxi to Disneyland. The breakfast is good. This hotel is a quiet place, and many people stay there.

The hotel environment was damp and cold. When I was washing my hair, I found that the shampoo dispenser was empty. I met the waiter at the door of the room. The waiter told me to go to the first floor to negotiate. Do I have to wipe the wet parts of my body and hair dry before going downstairs to get shampoo? This was the first time I encountered this. In the end, I didn't use shampoo.

I booked 3 double rooms and 2 single rooms on Ctrip.com. When I checked in at the hotel, the front desk told me that there were no single rooms. I was speechless! As a result, I had to book another hotel 2 kilometers away. There was no reception bus, so I had to take a taxi to get in and out.

A good choice for business trips and travel

The location is good and it is very convenient to attend the exhibition. The hotel provides breakfast and the room is cleaned every day. There are no toothbrushes in the room, but you can buy them at the front desk. There are some amusement parks and restaurants behind the hotel, which are also nice to walk around at night.
