This is our 7th time staying at this property and possibly our last. Not once during the 5 days did anyone actually enter our Suite and mop/vacuum/tidy or even dress a bed.. each evening the door bell rung to which we were the ones carrying out the trash and exchanging towels etc. Nowhere near clean enough at any juncture

We loved the location for what we had planned.

This was pretty much a great mother/daughter shopping trip that had been awesome up until the last evening. Our condo was clean, we didn’t get hounded by sales people, it was nice knowing you had to have a key card to get into the gates etc. pretty much a false sense of security I guess. Some time between 8:30 our last night there and 9:00 the next morning someone decided to “key” my vehicle. Now, when I say “key” it let me specify by saying there are three specific lines from the headlight to the rear fender of my the drivers side of my SUV. It has three very specific “dips” and lines that were not a quick walk by. This was specific. It’s very unfortunate that even though I was parked in front of the building there are no cameras covering the front of the bldg. I’m waiting now to hear from the Security Office what, if anything, they plan on doing. Very disappointed that this would happen at a Hilton property.

Services is bad

I started my first international trip in 2003 with Australia and New Zealand Travel. Over the past 20 years, I've visited over 50 countries and stayed in numerous hotels. This time, I was most satisfied with my stay. The facilities were complete, the environment was clean, the transportation was convenient, and the service was excellent. The suite we booked was enormous, measuring 79 square meters, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. It was fantastic, and the value for money was exceptional.

The hotel has excellent facilities, a very comfortable room, and very friendly staff! I'll be back!

The room is clean and tidy, the location is very good, the hotel environment is pleasant, the ecological environment is very good, it is quiet in the bustling city, it is worth staying many times, it is recommended, close to the outlet, and the transportation is developed

This is not a hotel, it is an apartment converted into a holiday home. The room is very old, the front desk is very old, the staff is slow and very inefficient, and may be suitable for elderly people to kill time. It is highly not recommended for young people and people who have high quality requirements. This is the worst "hotel" we have ever stayed in in the US

All aspects are very good, next door is the outlets. The service attitude of the service staff is also very good.

Each room in the hotel provides free 2 bottles of water and 2 cups of Starbucks coffee daily😊👍 There is a free washing and drying machine in the room with laundry detergent included👍 Hotel service facilities, there is no daily room cleaning, changing sheets, changing towels, cleaning garbage, the hotel is relatively large, it takes more than 8 minutes to walk to the front desk every day But overall, the room space is large and satisfactory👍 ######Be careful, if you want to book a resort hotel - you need to pay an additional resort fee of US$ 28.13/day Additional charges (payable at hotel) About HK$ 219.76 Hotel currency: US$ 28.13
