"The service and cleanliness are extraordinary. We had a very pleasant stay and can recommend this absolutely. If you are looking for a quiet place in the mountains but with the comfort of a spacious hotel, then this is the right spot. The staff was also very helpful and service oriented. Also the breakfast was good with a broad variety of cheeses, bread, fruit and sweets."

"Stopped for 1 night on the way from Tbilisi to Cappadocia, took 2 rooms. The hotel is in a sleeping area, high on the mountain. Without a car, it will be problematic. The city-type hotel, the territory as such is not available. Parking in the street in front of the hotel, space is enough. Rooms are normal, fresh repair, truth in one room places were pleasure on the wall in the corridor. There are slippers, there would be no dressers. Big balcony, big bed. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast is on. Such an alternative to classic Turkish breakfast: on a big plate - a tablecloth with a division of a lot of things, but a little bit: fried potatoes, sausage and a piece of roasted sausage, a cooked egg, cut tomato-orange, green, pepper, oil, cheese, Butter butter butter, honey, varena. Fresh bread, tea is unlimited. We rested well and went on with new forces. Thanks First Joy Hotel."

"The hotel is located in a beautiful place, with stunning views. We booked a suite with a view of the mountains. But in fact, we were accommodated in a room with a view of the sea from the living room, and two bedrooms ran into a concrete wall about a meter away. The sofa and armchair were dirty, burnt by cigarettes."
"Excellent apart hotel. I washed all my things. Two rooms, good view. A day was enough to see the city. There is the Meydan (main square), which smoothly transitions into the market and Forum (large shopping center). On Meydan I exchanged dollars at a rate better than the official one, there are large exchange offices near McDonald's.
The view from the window is excellent, the birds are singing. Who needs to cook, there is a lot of everything for this. WiFi is fast enough, it showed about 60 Mbit/s in my room at the moment"

Very Good
IIgor KhoroshevWe have stayed in Pelit Park hotel for 2 nights. Hotel it self not big, have few floors, from our room we had beautiful side sea view. Room was spacious, wifi was good, always had hot water in shower. We like breakfasts, they was so tasty. Hotel staff are friendly, they have parking space at hotel. Only I don't like cleaning, on arrival I have found some plastic parts from bottle on carpet, and second day, when was made room cleaning, one towel was with holes, and also I saw small hole on bed sheet. My opinion, they need to take more attention for cleaning service. Anyway we like our stay there and satisfied 👍🏼
GGuest UserGreat staff. Be careful, the hotel isn't near the bus station (a new bus station was built two years ago a few kilometers away and the previous one is no longer operating). It is a okay hotel but the details are not taken care of. Acoustic isolation is very poor and in the night I was woken up by the noise of... the elevator. What can I say... The door is too small for the frame. You can see the corridor under it and there also goes the noise through.
GGuest UserSincerely, Chinese! Best wishes, and welcome to the shore of the Black Sea! Although I am not fortunate enough to meet your Excellency, the place where I stayed is now the Juncha, and it is also fate.
My friends and I drive Eurasian by car. If you owe eight days, you can have a hundred days. We visit many hotels all the way through rain, snow and wind. However, this platinum hotel is a store that our friends and I have praised again and again.
In its 501 room, two bedrooms and four collapsed rooms, the master bedroom is a double bed, which can sleep five people, and the real goods are cheap! There is also an open-air balcony, where you can sit on the breeze and enjoy the evening, and chat with relatives and friends, so happy!
If you travel to Trabzonspor, Wangwang will check this home carefully, and the owner will be close to you, so you don’t need to worry about it, you can stay here.
Above, I wish a safe journey.
PPatelVarshaThe hotel have NO LIFT and we are given room at third floor. It was surprising that such an important information is missing to mention anyin the booking process. I do not know the process of listing hotels on trip.com but this information certainly should be there.
The room was comfortable however there was small opening at the corner of the room thru which noise was coming at night disturbing our sleep. On asking the reception guy said it is purposely kept for some wifi etc, for me the reason doesn't make sense.
GGuest UserThe hotel has good facilities, warm and cozy, breakfast, special room with children, good value for money, suitable for Chinese working class. This trip to many countries, the most underestimated is Trabzon, it's a pity that I only stayed for one day, I should have arranged two or three days to have a good rest, which will leave me a reason to go again. This city has beautiful mountains and seas, cultural integration, and warm people. The scenery, freshness and red roofs are a bit like Weihai, which is a very beautiful and livable city in China.
GGuest UserFriendly helpful staff. Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed and air conditioner. Nice hot shower. Good breakfast. The major thing that needs to be noted is the fact that the hotel is surrounded by mechanics and can be noisy when working on vehicles. It is far out of town but walking distance to bus station and shopping mall. The walls are paper thin and can hear everything.
GGuest UserThe room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.
JJihad HashimThe stay was wonderful,
Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic
We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport..
It came out that it was part of the fun
The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows..
However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes,
The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components..
Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming
Definitely will stay there again
AAyooshOverall, my stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The person at the carpark was incredibly helpful and took great care of my car, which was a positive start. However, the receptionist’s lack of a smile, though potentially cultural, left a bit of a cold impression. Check-in was efficient, and Room 206 was clean, but it was disappointing not to have a kettle or iron. On the bright side, the air conditioning worked well. The shower head can be improved, as it wasn’t to my liking. Additionally, the provision of just one large and one small towel was somewhat minimal.
On a positive note, the hotel’s location was convenient, with shops within walking distance. Check-out was straightforward, simply handing over the key to the receptionist. In conclusion, while there were some positive aspects, a few improvements in amenities and service attitude could enhance the overall experience at this hotel.
