This hotel is incredibly convenient! There's a convenience store right across the street. Plus, the hotel provides a shuttle bus service to the Umeda shopping district. It's such a lifesaver to have a bus pick you up and take you back to the hotel when you're exhausted from all the walking and shopping. The rooms are also very spacious. And if you have any special pillow requests, you can arrange them in advance – super thoughtful!

A hotel that never disappoints. It truly lives up to its 5-star standards, with every detail considered – even the mineral water bottles are aluminum. The rooms are well-appointed and even include an air purifier. The night views of Osaka are absolutely stunning.

Hotel staff is very attentive to provide the best service to their guest. Will definitely book again next time I'm in Osaka. Only request is for the shuttle bus service to be extended to 8pm instead.

The location is superb, with a shuttle bus service running every 30 minutes directly to JR Station and the Umeda shopping district. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. My favorite part was savoring the delicious and extensive breakfast while enjoying the lovely garden view. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Osaka.

I've always been a loyal guest at the Westin whenever I visit Kansai, and as a 15-year member, this stay has been, by far, my worst experience ever. I recall that during my Spring Festival stay in 2019, the bathroom amenities were of the standard Westin quality. However, upon checking into my room this time, I found the amenities were significantly downgraded compared to what was provided back then. I immediately requested the front desk to change the slippers, but it took several attempts before they finally brought a thicker pair. Because the provided slippers were so thin, I slipped coming out of the bathroom late one night, landing hard on my right shoulder and injuring both my shoulder and right hand. Despite communicating this to the front desk, I received no appropriate assistance or service. Eventually, the duty manager came and, in a rather perfunctory manner, offered to waive one night's room charge. I only requested that he cover the cost of emergency medication from the pharmacy. Even today, during check-out, they simply went through the motions of asking about the incident, which is completely unacceptable for a Marriott Group property. I will never choose to stay at a Westin hotel again.

The room was spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The view from the window was great, with a beautiful sunset. There's a convenience store right across from the hotel, and the Umeda Sky Building is next door. Osaka Station is within walking distance. The entire hotel was very quiet, which I really appreciated. (I sincerely hope our fellow Chinese travelers can be more mindful and quiet when abroad, and represent our country with dignity.)

The Westin definitely lived up to my expectations. While it's a short walk to the Umeda shopping district, the distance is entirely manageable. Japanese hotel rooms are notoriously compact, but theirs are genuinely quite spacious. The night views from the upper floors are beautiful, and it offers great value for money. Plus, the breakfast was also excellent. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the room. It was noticeably cleaner than many hotels in Shinsaibashi, and the nights were exceptionally quiet. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

The hotel is in great location not far from major train station and right next to the unbelievable Umeda Sky Building. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Unbelievably great breakfast. Highly recommended.

Nestled in the bustling Umeda district, this hotel offers a quiet retreat. The night views of Umeda are absolutely stunning, the staff are wonderfully warm and friendly, and the rooms are exceptionally spacious. It's truly the best choice for your trip to Japan.

Good big rooms, with a big bathroom and good cleanliness. But there are no amenities for kids like a kids room, a play area, or a swimming pool. There is a swimming pool attached to the gym, but it's not for kids. And the hotel doesn't even have a tie-up with any other facility for kids amenities
